Die gewünschten Zappi Wallboxen für unsere Firma waren in Deutschland überall Wochenlang ausverkauft. Hier haben wir diese noch für einen guten Preis bekommen . Die Lieferung nach Zahlung, war innerhalb 4 Tage bei uns. Der Technische Support per Chat und e-Mail war auch bestens, wir hatten ein Problem das aber sehr schnell und kostenlos gelöst wurde. Sollten wir weitere Wallboxen benötigen, kaufen wir wieder hier. Von uns 5 Sterne und klare Weiterempfehlung!! Mehrfach habe ich per Email und im Chat nach einer Bankverbindung in DEU gefragt, welche nicht verfügbar war. Auf gleichzeitige Nachfrage zwecks PayPal-Adresse wurde nicht eingegangen. Drei verschiedene Personen im Chat konnten mir die Adresse nicht nennen. Erst mit der Drohung einer Stornierung bekam ich eine Email mit der PayPal-Adresse. Nun sollte ich als Käufer die PayPal-Gebühr auf den Rechnungsbetrag draufrechnen. Ich bin vom Kauf zurückgetreten, denn insgesamt waren zwar die Preise gut aber der Gesamteindruck von dem Laden sehr schlecht. Na dit advies een Duosida 3,7 kw type 2 laadpaal aangeschaft en tot op heden geen spijt van gehad. Looking for a suitable charging station for my car I had some questions. This was submitted to Wallbox Discounter and received a reply the same day. After this advice, purchased a Duosida 3.7 kW type 2 charging station and have not regretted it to date.

Ik heb gekozen voor een EV charging station met een los contactdoos die verbonden is met een voedingskabel aan het station. Deze combinatie keuze heb ik gemaakt omdat de meterkast dicht tegen de buiten muur ligt zodat het charging station in de meterkast geplaatst kon worden ( hangt dus in een schone en droge omgeving en wordt ook niet door het zonlicht aangetast) en het laadcontactdoos op de buitenmuur geplaatst kon worden. Een bijkomend voordeel is dat nu alleen de laadcontactdoos buiten hangt ca. 15 bij 10 cm. in plaats van een grote laadpaal. Het laadstation werkt perfect en is beveiligd tegen diverse elektrische fouten die mogelijk kunnen optreden. Delivery of the Wallbox went very smoothly and was well packaged. Er zijn meer aanbieders en goedkoper maar leveren niet ondanks ze zeggen het is op voorraad en tevens geen kennis van zaken bij problemen. Kies voor de echte dealer met persoonlijke service want al mijn vragen werden perfect beantwoord. Nogmaals dank voor u hulp en ga zo door. A	Anita B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though they replied here they solved the problem, we never returned the charger, we had it fixed by our own electrician on our own cost and never again bothered… so this is how they “solved” the issue. Original review: DON'T BUY! Smells like a scam company run out of somebody's garage. Duosida Wall Box stopped working from one day to the next, with no changes to the car or the box, it just stopped charging. We tested the car with 3 different chargers and the car works fine. The seller first offered a more expensive charger if we dismount (on own cost) and send the faulty charger back to them. They insist that the problem is with the car and not the box. They said if they find the wall box is not faulty, we will be charged! How a customer can be charged for a replace item is beyond my understanding. We have a charger that will not charge after less than a year of non-intensive use, out of pocket with more than 500 euros and having to report them to the Ombudsman. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a legit company.
