Walls and Skin tattoo Shop Amsterdam - Kalkmarkt 1

Mila did a great art work on my right hip side. I had my really spontaneous appointment in Amsterdam near by the central station. The team and the atmosphere were really good and made me and my son feel really comfortable. Thank you for this last kind memory of my Netherland trip ??

My tatto was made by Annalisa. She recreated a piece of art from the famous painter Egon Schiele and I was incredibly satisfied by the professionalism of her work. She's incredible in working with shades of black and white, but also with colours. She was also very patient, listening to all the requests I had, putting me in a comfortable situation, always caring about how was I feeling during the work. Especially, her enthusiasm for what I chose to do, was making me feel even more happy about my new tattoo.

Annalisa is an amazing artist! She gave me two flawless tattoos with perfect care. It was my first time getting tattoed and she made sure it was a great experience. I recommend anyone to see her for an amazing tattoo and the good care she does it with. Thanks Annalisa!

I emailed W&S March 1st to book an appointment for March 13th as I am visiting Europe I wanted to get a tattoo from the highest rated tattoo studios in Amsterdam. I sent in multiple pictures about exactly what I wanted and reasons why etc to make it clear that this tattoo means a lot to me (as all tattoos should). When I came in 30min early for the appointment to make sure everything was good and they were ready the only two people at the studio didn’t know about my appointment or anything to do with me, even though it was in the system on their computer. Then they talked back and forth about who wanted to do the tattoo right in front of me saying things like “well I guess I could do it”. That didn’t make me feel too good about it from the beginning. The artist who decided to do the piece printed off some pics that I sent and proceeded to do a rough sketch for sizing etc. He showed me what he came up with and I made some suggestions as how to change it and he said he will do it while tattooing me. I trusted him artistic skills so I said ok sure. After spending 2 hours on the chair and paying €300 euros I got off the chair to see a tattoo that doesn’t resemble what I wanted. The tattoo I now have is decent but not worth the money I spent nor is it remotely close to what I asked for. If you’re looking at getting a tattoo from this shop I recommend triple checking with them/and or the artists to make sure they are going to do exactly what you want. I’m surprised this place has such a high rating...

I am so happy with how my first Tattoo turned out. I felt really comfortable and safe in this Studio. Thank you for the great work, if I’m ever back in Amsterdam I’d love to come back here and get another Tattoo <3

I went with my girlfriend to keep a remembers of Adam and the tattooers were very nice with us. We talked a lot and even if the tattoo we've made is simple and calssic they were happy to tatoo us a remembers of our travel. I recommend without hesitation!!

My Friend and I got our first tattoos done here by Melo in Amsterdam. He was so welcoming and friendly and did our tattoos amazingly. 10/10 ?. Best experience, cannot recommend this place enough!

I was there yesterday, and Aisha did a very pretty tattoo on me! I am very pleased, they were kind, and i am so happy about my first tattoo. The only negative thing i have to say, is that they only accept cash. But i would definitely recommend Aisha and Walls And Skin :)
