About Wan Shun Restaurant
Pickling is a very common form of food preservation, and pickled cabbage is traditionally made by most households in giant clay pickling vats. Perhaps the most important characteristic of Northeastern Chinese cuisine is its use of Suan Cai, a traditional pickled Chinese cabbage. Another distinct feature that distinguishes Northeastern cuisine from other Chinese cuisines is the serving of more raw vegetables and raw seafood in the coastal areas.

β β β β β Rude, arrogant and unwelcoming service & attitude from a young(20-30s) asian(I assume he is a Chinese) male owner/employee. If you want to have your customers to come back to your place, you should provide more of a friendly and nice service, together with a down-to-earth and welcoming attitude than this. If you want to keep running the place, at the end, it's not about the food, but about the service you provide, that makes your customer return.

β β β β β Wow! What a gem of a place. Succulent dishes, friendly service, plenty of convenient parking. I can't wait to go back! The twice-cooked crispy pork was possibly the best dish I have ever had in any Chinese restaurant anywhere. Mind blown!

β β β β β Authentic taste from North-East China, I was pleasantly surprised as it's not that common to find that type of cuisine outside of China. Excellent food and friendly restaurant!
PS: Portions are large (as is common in N-E China), so I would recommend ordering slightly fewer dishes that you normally would.

β β β β β I am so happy we found this restaurant. I tried a lot of places. And this one is my favorite. The place is clean and workers are friendly.
The food was amazing. Only the spicy squid could be more spicy but maybe it was not because the soup is so spiceyyy. Next time i would order same things. Except for the soup, wat was oke.
The crispy pork and the candied sweet patato was the best! I want to go back for more ?
