★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klein, maar heerlijk om er even te zijn. Aansluitend ligt 'de Nieuwe Maat'; een heerlijk losloopveld voor honden, compleet met hondenstrandje aan de oever van rivier de Berkel.
 Small, but lovely to be there for a while. Next is 'de Nieuwe Maat'; a lovely off-leash field for dogs, complete with a dog beach on the banks of the Berkel River.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat ik vooral heerlijk vind aan het park de Maat, is dat het een verbinding is naar allerlei andere routes. Je hebt er de shortgolfbaan waar je als het straks weer mag, heerlijk kunt genieten van een kop koffie. Je kijkt dan ook uit op de Maat. Er lopen allerlei paden langs en door de Maat, die je o.a langs de Berkel heen lijden. En van daaruit wandel je zo richting Natuurgebied de Mallumse Molen, of achter de mooie kastanje fabriek langs. Voor honden liefhebbers is de Maat helemaal ideaal. Je hond mag er namelijk los rennen! Aan de Maat grenst ook het openluchttheater, en je loopt zo naar het centrum toe. Voor mensen die niet uit Eibergen komen, is er een hoop mooi natuurschoon te ontdekken. Het enige nadeel van de Maat is, is dat er voor de kinderen verder weinig te doen is. Geen leuke stapstenen door het water, natuur speel elementen of klim boomstronken. Dat zou het park nog leuker en uitdagender maken. Vandaar 4 sterren, in plaats van 5.
What I especially love about the De Maat park is that it is a connection to all kinds of other routes. You have the short golf course where you can enjoy a cup of coffee when the weather is allowed. You also look out on the Maat. There are all kinds of paths along and through the Maat, which lead you past the Berkel, among other things. And from there you can walk in the direction of the Mallumse Molen nature reserve, or past the beautiful chestnut factory. The Maat is ideal for dog lovers. Your dog is allowed to run free! The open-air theater is also adjacent to the Maat, and you can walk to the center. For people who are not from Eibergen, there is a lot of beautiful natural beauty to discover. The only disadvantage of the Maat is that there is little else for the children to do. No fun stepping stones through the water, nature play elements or climbing tree trunks. That would make the park even more fun and challenging. Hence 4 stars, instead of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr schöner Park der zum Verweilen einlädt. Man kann sehr schön spazieren gehen. Dort gibt es auch eine Freilichtbühne .
A very nice park that invites you to linger. One can go for a very nice walk. There is also an open-air theater there.
