β β β β β Had Warmte Groep doing periodic maintenance last week. Very decent service and sympathetic employee, who not only makes a decent clean service, but also shows and explains how system works and what is he doing and why replacements are important. Opted for annual plan.

β β β β β Under the service contract you only pay for material costs, but they charge almost 50% more then the actual material costs. You would also expect under their 24/7 service that they come on the same day when your CV stopped working. They can only not be reached after 5PM or on the weekends. They also do not come on the same day. Their service contract is cheap but you overpay on the materials, which makes it not worth it!

β β β β β They did a very attentive cleaning/maintenance work on my CV: the guy took the time to do the job, he was polite, explain everything he did, he cleaned after he worked and he even put away the cleaning products he moven in order to operate (and he ordered them better than myself!). Fabulous.
I had to change the appointment and they were accommodating easily my needs...and being polite on the phone.

β β β β β Thoroughly Professional and competent folks. I have got my Boiler Maintainence done, 2 Airco Maintainence, Ventilation Box cleaning and Duct Cleaning. All job done very well.
My only feedback is that the cost of products for repair is on the higher side

β β β β β I will give 3 based on the one off service. The guy arrived on time seemed to get the job done. However afterwards there was a lot of air in the radiators, and the shower went cold after use. I called back as everything was working fine before the service. So they sent out another guy. He arrived and smelt really bad of stale cigarettes and then told me that the radiators needed bleeding and that was my problem or an extra cost and not included in the service of 2 days prior. You would think that this would be included. Anyway the shower problem. Apparently nothing to do with the boiler despite the fact it was working prior to the service. Oh and I paid double the quoted cost due to parts. Found the guy today to be quite arrogant and uncaring especially as I a single mother and I donβt really know much about the plumbing of houses. Not very impressed.

β β β β β Being an expat in The Netherlands with some Dutch language limitations, I found very easy to find this service online and to communicate with them.
Making an appointment was easy and took around 3 weeks to have to technician visiting our apartment.
The technician was very friendly and helpful. Even communicated with us in English (when we were trying our poor Dutch skills)! He was very honest and clear about the spare parts that were needed (showed why) and asked for our permission for the extra costs before applying them. Very transparent and clean.
The job was done well and professionally.
We highly recommend Warmte Group!

β β β β β I had an appointment with Warmte Groep Installatie Techniek for a check-up on my CV Ketel. When the technician came for the appointment, he said he cannot check my CV because it has an open toestel but charged me 80 EUR for coming. The check-up was supposed to cost 86,5 EUR, and I was charged 80 EUR without any work on my CV! The entire building complex has "open toestel", whatever that means, I wouldn't have known and it's not something I can change myself. Why do they even make appointments for buildings in this situation. I would understand a small charge of 10-15 EUR for the technician driving to my apartment, but 80 EUR is a ripoff. And then when I called the customer service the lady there was awful, not even willing to hear me out and telling me to send an email to the info address. She kept talking over me as I was trying to explain to her that it's unfair what they do, to the point that I started screaming at her and she closed on me. Then she didn't respond anymore when I called again. Horrible service!
