Na paar maand stroomstoring en toen ketel is error, via website melding gemaakt en binnen 5 min belde warmtebeheer terug met oplossing. Zeer vakkundig en netjes geholpen. Boiler ordered and installed. Went well as agreed. After a few months of power failure and then boiler is error, reported via website and within 5 minutes heat management called back with a solution. Very professional and helpful.

Na bestelling mail ontvangen met instructies om foto’s door te sturen om te beoordelen of installatie kan volgens opgave. Helaas hoorde ik niks meer en dacht maar eens te bellen. Bleek dat ze dicht waren vanwege de kerst wat ik niet had gezien. Maar netjes door Bart te woord gestaan. En toen ging het allemaal snel en goed! We zijn super tevreden en als deze Avanta het ook weer net zo goed doet als de vorige zijn we weer heel blij! PS prijs is absoluut goed, was de goedkoopste die ik had gevonden. After ordering received an email with instructions to send photos to assess whether installation is possible according to the specification. Unfortunately I heard nothing more and thought I'd give them a call. Turned out they were closed for Christmas which I hadn't seen. But nicely spoken by Bart. And then it all went fast and good! We are very satisfied and if this Avanta does just as well as the previous one, we will be very happy again! PS price is absolutely right, was the cheapest I had found. Can definitely recommend heat management and is 100% reliable!

Wij hebben een oud huis van voor 1930 dus de ketel is ooit in het verleden op een zoldertje geplaatst boven de bijkeuken. Je kan er prima uit de voeten op je knieën (1m30 hoog) echter kan je er niet staan. Om deze reden werd ik niet verder geholpen met een offerte omdat de installateur niet kon staan. Wij kunnen lekker in de kou blijven zitten en weer verder op zoek gaan, of het halve huis verbouwen zodat de CV installateur kan recht staan. WarmteBeheer doet veel goeds van wat ik kan lezen, maar helpen dus niet iedere klant. The reviews were so good that I confidently asked for a quote. We have an old house from before 1930, so the boiler was once placed in an attic above the utility room in the past. You can easily get out of it on your knees (1m30 high), but you can't stand there. For this reason I was not helped further with a quote because the installer could not stand. We can sit in the cold and continue looking, or renovate half the house so that the central heating installer can stand up. WarmteBeheer does a lot of good from what I can read, but does not help every customer.

I requested fast delivery and they kept their promise. They arrived late in the evening due to the busy schedule ( they didn’t postpone it to the day after) and got the job done.
