geen enkele hulp verlenen ze sturen je naar Honeywell waar ik nu 8 gesprekken later ook weer terug gestuurd wordt naar deze leverancier

ze biedt aan om hem op te sturen naar Honeywell wat 5 weken kan duren. ik heb dan dus geen verwarming in mijn zomerhuisje wat verhuurd wordt
Verder zegt Jan ook dat het kerst is en corona en de winkel is druk en hij heeft wel andere dingen te doen is hun antwoord......... anders bestel je maar een installateur maar die moet je zelf betalen.
Een waardeloze club hier moet je je spullen NIET halen

do not provide any help they send you to Honeywell where 8 conversations later I am also sent back to this supplier

she offers to send it to Honeywell which can take 5 weeks. So I don't have heating in my summer house that is rented out
Furthermore, Jan also says that it is Christmas and corona and the store is busy and he has other things to do is their answer ......... otherwise you order an installer but you have to pay for it yourself.
A worthless club here you should NOT get your stuff

β β β β β Contacted them via WhatsApp Chat with a question for which replacement Pump i should order, after a while someone answered and apperently from my picture he suggested i need a special pump which will be around 550 EUR with no clear reason on what is so special about my floor heating, sounded a bit steep to me as i saw the whole Floorheating elemengt + pump is the same price.. so I deceided to look further and found another online shop which came with booth explaination how to replace and which pump to use, the only special about my pump was that it has 1inch instead of the usual 1 1/2 inch fitting .. found a pump for 110 EUR including shipping(reduced from 140), and later found the same pump for sale on the warmteservice WebPage for 160 so big fail, not sure if this was the usual Expat Tax you pay everywhere when you need help but yea, I will think twice before considering this shop again...
