Nooit meer bij dit bedrijf.
 Bad return policy. After connection, the device turns out to be unsuitable. When purchasing, no questions were asked or information was shared. Not damaged, classified as used, they do not take back: "otherwise the boss will withhold it from my salary"
Never again with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellen niet op als artikel niet op voorraad ligt, na meer dan een week eindelijk binnen. Zelf constant er naar moeten informeren. Ook artikel niet op juiste lengte. Slordig . Aan balie, wel weer fijn geholpen.
Do not call if item is not in stock, after more than a week finally arrived. Constantly inquire about it. Also item not in correct length. Messy . At the counter, again nice help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 minuten voor sluitingstijd sta je voor een gesloten deur om een bestelling op te halen die gewoon klaar ligt. Via de telefoon dan geprobeerd om alsnog binnen te geraken, maar helaas word je dan uitgelachen. Dat is niet mijn idee van 'warme service'.
3 minutes before closing time you stand in front of a closed door to pick up an order that is just waiting. Tried to get in by phone, but unfortunately you are laughed at. That's not my idea of 'warm service'.
