β β β β β Bij dit bedrijf een wasautomaat gehuurd voor langere tijd. Met de wasautomaat was niks mis. Echter na een aantal jaren wilde ik graag opzeggen. Eerst werd aan mij gevraagd of ik de wasautomaat niet aan de volgende huurder kon overdragen, daar werd ook behoorlijk op aangedrongen, beetje vreemd naar mijn idee.
Aan de telefoon werd mij verteld dat ik zou worden gebeld voor het ophalen van de automaat. Na een aantal weken nog steeds niks gehoord. Heb toen zelf maar gebeld met de mededeling dat ik graag een datum wilde weten wanneer de automaat zou worden opgehaald. De mevrouw aan de telefoon werd behoorlijk boos, want zelf een datum afspreken kon niet en studenten waren naar haar idee toch nooit thuis wanneer de automaat werd opgehaald. Ze hing dus ook gewoon midden in het gesprek op. Heel klantonvriendelijk. Na een aantal mails is er dan toch een afspraak ingepland door het bedrijf met betrekking tot het ophalen van de automaat. Aan het eind van de maand nog een keer extra geld afgeschreven voor de maand waarin ik de wasmachine niet heb gehuurd. Ook hier weer achteraan gemaild dat dit niet de bedoeling is. Ik zou het geld teruggestort krijgen. Ook dit niet gebeurt. Toen heb ik het geld zelf maar teruggeboekt. Al met al valt er bij dit bedrijf qua communicatie en klantvriendelijkheid behoorlijk wat te verbeteren.

Rented a washing machine from this company for a long time. Nothing was wrong with the washing machine. However, after a few years I wanted to cancel. First I was asked if I could not hand over the washing machine to the next tenant, that was also urged, a bit strange in my opinion.
I was told on the phone that I would be called to pick up the machine. Still not heard after a few weeks. I then called to say that I would like to know a date when the machine would be picked up. The lady on the phone got quite angry, because she couldn't agree on a date herself, and students thought she was never home when the machine was picked up. So she just hung up in the middle of the conversation. Very customer unfriendly. After a number of emails, an appointment has been scheduled by the company regarding the collection of the machine. At the end of the month, I deducted extra money for the month in which I did not rent the washing machine. Again emailed at the back that this is not the intention. I would be refunded the money. This does not happen either. Then I refunded the money myself. All in all, there is a lot to improve in terms of communication and customer-friendliness at this company.

β β β β β We hebben al jaren via hun een wasmachine en het gaat bijna altijd goed nu hebben we een probleem met onze wasmachine en daar wordt echter niet op gereageerd of geacteerd en dat vinden we erg vervelend. We hopen dat er nog een goede oplossing gevonden kan worden, alleen hebben we daar geen hoop op.
We have had a washing machine through them for years and it almost always goes well now we have a problem with our washing machine and there is no response or action and we find that very annoying. We hope that a good solution can still be found, but we have no hope for that.

β β β β β Great service! Very quick responses and polite. Completely satisfied. After about half a year the washing machine had some problems, called them and they came the next day to replace the machine with a new one. Definitely recommended!

β β β β β Recommended company to rent a washing machine in Enschede, especially for students who do not want to buy a washing machine and have to move to a new accommodation later on. You need to pay attention for the rental period since they only offer the one-year contract in Enschede. The communication went smoothly via email. They also offer delivery and installation service. So, if you do not want to get stressed with moving big stuff later on because you buy a new washing machine or there is already a washing machine at your new accommodation, this should be a good option.
