About Wasco Alkmaar
1970-2020
Wat in 1970 begon als een bedrijf dat WASmachine COmbinaties verkocht is in 50 jaar uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende groothandel in de installatiebranche. Wasco is opgericht door Geert en Betty van den Belt. Wat begon in een schuur groeide uit naar een bedrijf met meerdere vestigingen. In 2002 werd Wasco verkocht, de Van den Belts bleven wel leiding geven aan de groothandel. Begin 2019 kwam Wasco wederom in andere handen terecht. Gilde nam samen met het Wasco management de aandelen over. Als algemeen directeur heeft Herold van den Belt nu de eer om het jubileumjaar te vieren met klanten, leveranciers, collega’s en andere relaties.
