★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robs your money & no help fr owner. Had to insert 2 times 3,50 Euro to get washer started. Followed instructions for dryer and did not work until more money than posted was entered. Lost total of 5,00 Euro on a Sunday and owner said would not come until Wed (i leave Tues) Then he said he can add time to dryer from where he is, i say ok add to #17 plz. He see I was calling from UK phone number (i tell him i am in Amsterdam) he said nothing he can do and hang up on me. I could have had my friends come to collect the Euro.This should be 1 star but page will not let me post only 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accessible location using Maps, easy and clear instructions in English.. 4 eur for 8 kgs, 60 cents for deteregent and 50 cents for drying. Clean and there are books to keep you engaged. All in all, pretty good if you are a traveler and want to get things cleaned up on a weekend as there are a lot of laundromats which are closed on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comes in handy should you have an apartment with no washing machine. Opening hours are clear, and operation instructions are provided both in Dutch and English. A lot of other reviews mention the machine does not give change. It does, you have to press number "24". It has longer opening hours than other Wash-O-Matic locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The caretaker did the whole "cleaning" while we were inside here on Sunday morning trying to do laundry. This kind of procedure should have been done prior to anyone being here and any wash occurring. He didn't seem to be giving a damn about it anyways. He did the whole wiping with the same dirty clothing and dusting which caused our clothes to be covered in dirt. Everything is disgusting here and I don't know how it can be considered a proper cleaning facility under these circumstances. He even emptied the drying machine waste in front of our eyes with the same material he used to dust off the floors. I am disgusted beyond words. I will never come here again and if you care about your hygiene, neither should you! So here I am, because their branch on zeilstraat which was not even listed on Google maps is closed on Sundays. Had to make a walk of 28 minutes to get here. It is not the cleanest or most organized place but compared to zeilstraat it is cheaper. Though it gets very confusing which is which.
13 kg wash is €8 (Machine model W3130h)
8 kg wash is €4 (Machine model W375H)
7 kg wash is €3.50 (Machine model W465H)
Drying is €0.50 but needs multiple cycle and each cycle lasts 8 minutes.
Number 16 to 20 are drying machines. Rest is washing. Do not forget; after loading, place your softener in the flower symbol printed section, your liquid detergent goes to the section next to it. The W1(prewash)and W2(mainwash) are for capsules. If you are here as early as me, you are bound to wait here as none of the cafes are open yet else you fould enjoy De Graaf just across the street. Looks really nice but closed until 3 p.m.
