T	Tini modderman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goeie salon op zich, prima service voor een prima prijs, maar geen pin, je moet dus vooraf gepast contant meenemen. Wasmachines zijn kleiner dan bij anderen, je moet dus 2x wassen. Zeep is aanwezig voor 50 cent per keer. Drogen kan voor 2 euro zeggen ze, maar voor 2 euro heb je 20 droger minuten. Een volle was met spijkerbroek en/of handdoek mag je zeker wel 3x draaien, met niet alleen de kosten, maar ook de tijd die het kost om na na 20 minuten weer te betalen en de machine weer aan te zetten. Als je wasmachine stuk is en je wacht op een nieuwe dan is dit handig en om de hoek. Voor reguliere was bepaald niet aan te raden, de opties zijn summier, drogen kost omgerekend een godsvermogen en voor "zeep" zoals ze het noemen moet je ook heel dik betalen. Dan krijg je overigens ouderwets poeder ook nog die onwijs slecht voor je kleding is... T	T dR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zowel bij de self wash service als stomerij geweest. self wash: je kan hier 24/7 naar toe om te wassen, kost 4 euro voor een normale was of 9 euro voor een grote was (inhoud 2,5 x een normale was). Je kan bij de self wash niet pinnen, je kan in de automaat betalen met briefjes of munten, je krijgt geld terug. Het is een prima was salon, ze hebben niet super veel apparaten, dus er is wel een kans dat je mis grijpt als je komt. 4 euro voor een was is niet duur. Ik zie wat negatieve reviews over de grote van de wasmachines, ik herken dat niet zo en 4 euro is ook niet veel geld voor 1 wasje. Dat is elders in de stad groningen minimaal 5 of 5,50. Over de stomerij ben ik ook tevreden. Ik had een jasje gebracht met een vieze kraag. Een andere stomerij had het er niet uit gekregen, dit was mijn laatste red middel. Bij de balie gevraagd of ze hier extra aandacht aan wilden besteden, koste dan wel 5 euro extra maar persoonlijk vind ik dat het wel waard als dat het verschil maakt tussen kleding dragen of weggooien omdat het te vies is. Uiteindelijk super schoon geworden en ruikt ook heerlijk fris! Voorheen bij andere stomerijen zat er niet echt een frisse geur aan, waardoor ik wel eens het gevoel had dat het even snel -snel gedaan was en weer klaar. Bij de stomerij kan je wel gewoon betalen met pin. Eenmaal daar vertelde de medewerkster doodleuk dat het kledingsstuk nog niet droog was, en dat het maandag pas opgehaald kon worden. Op een onbeleefde manier voegde ze daar ook aan toe dat ik het kledingstuk ook nu wel mee mocht, maar dat het dan waarschijnlijk niet goed zou drogen… geen excuses, geen korting, helemaal niets. Ik raad deze tent ten zeerste af; er zijn veel betere stomerijen in de buurt. The garment would be ready for pick-up on Saturday afternoon. Every time they had a new date and time for me to come back again. Initially their answer was "sorry, I am doing my best"...however, the 5th time, their behavior was very rude and they were scolding me instead of admitting their own fault. Other than that, the quality of the dry cleaning was ok, nothing special. But I do not recommend going there.

I gave them 3 times the chance to repair and in total FOUR WEEK, but I always got the jackets back wrinkled and badly ironed and once event dirty. Totally incompetent and unreliable. Lost a lot of money and three expensive jackets. Never again!!!

We courageously trusted this establishment when worker #1 told us BAG1 will be two loads, 8Euros each, and BAG2 will be one load, 8Euros. Pricey, but we're desperate. Excited to wear clean clothes, we eagerly presented our golden paper tickets to retrieve our prize! Except when returning, fresh face worker #2 decides BAG1 is now 10Euros each load, and BAG2 is now 2 loads, 10Euros each. Her explanation, savagely tossing worker #1 under the bus because "She's New." I'm so sorry Worker #1 for an establishment that has not prepared you for how much Laundry costs at a Laundromat. It just screams you need a new job, or a new boss, or a new coworker well equipped with kindness and understanding. I'm sure Luandry Ako is hiring, and theirs is only 6Euros a load!
