★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling through Amsterdam as a traveler from America. Dropped off on the way to Zaanse Schans. In about 10 pick up about 2:30. Washed and folded perfectly. Highly recommend even as a English only traveler. Happy Wife Happy life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought 2 distinctive bags of laundry there with the instructions that one was 60° with drying and the other one was 30° NO drying (and they said "ok"). Back home I found that part of the clothes that shouldn't go in the dryer did go in as they were in the bag of dry clothes. I'm very disappointed with the service, I thought they'd respect my instructions.
Besides this, these people are friendly.
