β β β β β Everything its wrong about this company, its all regards the Polish people, which dont have a basics manners. No respect for the other employees, mobbing and yelling on new employees. Regulary no work, so you cant earn money, because of mentaly issued people.

Very inconsistent service, while some employees are very helpful and kind ( 1 receptionist + 1 handy lady working on the floor ) all the other employees were not willing to assist or help. In several occasions to my shopping day I found myself asking questions to end up being completely ignored. staff is not reachable, nor is friendly and they seem not to understand what "customer focus and customer service is. Finally and with no little surprise and disappointment, upon paying at the lady at the cassa, I asked if I could check the invoice before paying ( something which is suggested doing to avoid problems with possible mistakes in scanning the articles , it is highly and evidently suggested with signs while approaching the cashier ) . She steered at me evidently annoyed, she did not greet, she was rather rude and indifferent by yet annoyed. I left the place thinking, Not event during this pandemic , with the economy in many sectors at collapse and a general crises, employees such the ones I have experienced at this whole sale, realise that their salary and company turnover should not be given for granted and instead could do an effort in treating customers better and in a friendly manner to ensure coming back. After all Aalsmeer has got tons of options and being not the only ones selling plants could think that there is competition out there and we as customers have got choices.
