Umtausch eines Adapters vollkommen problemlos und mir wurde gleich ein neuer passender Adapter zusammengesetzt und ausprobiert. Mega-Service, super kompetent und freundlich - wäre das mal immer so überall - absolute top Empfehlung von mir …..!!!!!!???? After ordering via Amazon, I went directly to the sales point in Lüdinghausen. Exchanging an adapter was completely problem-free and I was immediately put together and tried out a new suitable adapter. Mega service, super competent and friendly - if that would always be everywhere - an absolute top recommendation from me… .. !!!!!! ????

Schon Mal komisch, da auf der Homepage von Kaffemaschinen keine Spur zu sehen ist. Und sogar, wenn man direkt bestellt, wenn das Angebot auf Amazon verfügbar ist, erhält man circa 2 Stunden später die Information, dass der Artikel storniert wurde. Ganz komische Sache. Ein telefonischer Kontakt war ohne Erfolg. Vermutlich wurde deren Amazon- Konto gehackt. Solltet ihr also aktuell bei Amazon einen Artikel sehen, welcher stark reduziert ist und über diese Firma versandt werden soll, bitte tunlichst unterlassen, wenn nur mit Rücksprache mit der Firma selbst. Es wird meist daraufhin eine email versendet in welcher die Zahlung per Amazon angeblich nicht möglich gewesen ist und man solle doch bitte auf ein Konto der Solaris Bank überweißen, an einen angeblichen Herrn Attilla Janos Sopar. Die Kontodaten haben rein nichts mit der Watermark Vertriebs GmbH zu tun. Caution! Evaluation for information only: This company is currently trying to cheat on Amazon. An email is then usually sent in which the payment via Amazon was allegedly not possible and one should transfer to an account of the Solaris Bank, to an alleged Mr. Attilla Janos Sopar. Kurz darauf kam eine E-Mail, dass die Bezahlung über Amazon nicht geklappt hat und dass ich das Geld auf ein ausländisches Konto überweisen soll. Ob ich wohl meine Säge bekomme?
