★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below zero customer service, staff ignored us as we approached them to rent a canoe they kind of turned their back to us and stayed busy with chatting to each other until we left the place _and it was very obvious that we were unsatisfied_ and no one made the slightest effort to check if we need anything or if something was wrong.
They ruined the day for us and didn't care, we don't recommend this place to anybody with high expectations about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wonderful place for water sport activities. I've rented a kayak and I enjoyed an hours between Amsterdam tannles. It was one of the best kayak experience I have ever had also the price was fair enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. Really friendly staff, happy to help us hiring a canoe for a couple of hours.
Paddling round the canals and inlets of the park opposite is just fantastic.
On a beautiful summer evening we were the only people out. Why this place is not crowded is a mystery.
If you have time this is definitely worth a couple of hours messing in a boat.
Highlight of my week in Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a chaotic place, not possible to reserve a canoe or sup in advance and they don’t know in advance how long someone will use something, so you’re basically there waiting for quite a while before something is available. (This was on a very warm day, so I guess demand was high)
They have a seating area next to the venue which is nice, but not very special.
