★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Late delivery. They broke my desk, wouldn't give a refund for the product, but offered me a gift a card which I refused. They cursed at me and my husband for not speaking good Dutch. And they still dropped off the broken desk despite my insistance to not do so. They also refused to help me, a small woman, move the desk to my flat; I have a lift, too, so it would not have been difficult for them. Much harder for one person. Now I have an oversized paperweight that is useless, no money back, and a bad taste for their service. Overall, an awful experience.

A huge store and lot of varieties and the store is open all days.
These people do free delivery if your address is within 10 kms radius...
You liked a product and you don’t know if it can be fitted in the space you have??
Don’t worry, you can reserve the item till 12 PM next day. They won’t sell the item untill the deadline and will wait for your response.. you can go home check the measurements and then make a decision...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Often very clean and there is a wide range good stuffs (from toys, baby clothes, to furniture and books), prices are super cheap. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too.
What can be improved is: some stuffs there is unusable, should not be on the shell (ofc it comes with very low price), it's better to just give a way or recycle.
