★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to WE because they have the best price for value suit trousers. Unfortunately the service was so abysmal, to the point where I'll never go back. I was lied to multiple times and misled by the staff as to the whereabouts of my young brother, who I had lost and was without phone. A sniggering security guard, and stroppy cashiers sent me all over the shop, all the while having located him a half hour before. They even had the audacity to wish me a nice day as I left the shop in search without him. Only to find him sitting by the changing rooms and hour after losing him. The security guard had spoken to him multiple times, along with other members of staff, who had told him I was still changing. Some pranks just go too far.
Furthermore I was denied student discount, despite store policy saying otherwise.
