Incredible high prices, delays due to wrong spare part mounting and when I finally got the my frontal car bumper was damaged. After an impact a frontal part was detached and just layed on the plastic. No previous explanation, no comment about that. Never happened in my life. UPDATE The garage eventually repaired the damaged bumper for free. Thanks

My car indicated that it needed inspection. I asked for budget in Wealer and they asked me 700 € (!!!). After consulting the dealer where I bought the car, they told me that the inspection required costed 125€. I contacted Wealer again, sending them the technical inspection cards with hat as done previous year, indicating that hat they asked me to do was done already previous year and the inspection should be smaller. Still, they told me again that I needed to do the inspection for 700 €. I went to Cardon en Verwijlen and they also told me the inspection required costed 125€, according to the computer. I will try to never come back to Wealer again. They only seemed to want to take my money, independently of the service done.

Worst dealership experience. What started as a total unprofessional attitude turned into a thief-like behavior. I noticed that all my left back lights are not working anymore so I called the customer service of this dealership to make an appointment. The lady let me know that I don't need an appointment and I can go anytime except in lunch break as there is always someone that can help with light issues since they are minor aspects so I arrived at 16:00 at the dealership where two men were standing at the reception, a 50-ish and an younger bold-ish person. I headed to the second one as he was free and he told me they close at 17:30 so there is no one there to help me and directed me to a third party service because "they might be willing to help me". Since I didn't want to make repairs at third party garage and loose warranty and since I arrived at a VW dealership I took the service book from the glove compartment and without any previous knowledge I manage to take the left lamp socket out in about 2 minutes. There I noticed that something was wrong and one of the connectors look melted so I went with the lamp back to the reception asking if, since there is still more than one hour opening a mechanic could just come few minutes for an advise as this can lead to a fire. The answer at around 16:30 was "maybe it takes fire, we don't have anyone as we closed at 17:30 so we don't care". Imagine at this point I got frustrated and I called again customer service that directed me to them and the lady told me to wait because "she will call me later". After 20 minutes of waiting I went back inside to have at least the names of the guys that acted unprofessional and the younger bold-ish guy just replied rudely that he will not give me his name and trying to hide all the belongings on the desk that might reveal his identity. The older guy came and made me the "incredible" offer to rent me a car from them until I will solve the issue with mine... So the normal conclusion is to let everybody know about this, including the VW headquarters in Germany. I understood the dealers in Aachen are professional so I'll go there from now on. UPDATE: I went on Saturday at a VW dealership in Aachen and they fixed the issue in 15 minutes and they made a complete report of the car status, all FOR FREE.

Good service. Provided a replacement car while my car is at maintanence for a low price. Only they finished their work later than what they have told me before. But I got the car in the same day. So it is OK.
