Voor het redesign van mijn site wilde ik van tevoren al gelijk rekening houden met SEO en dat niet achteraf pas doen. Om de beste resultaten te halen, zocht ik iemand die een kei is in zowel SEO als tekstschrijven. Via de SEO Podcast kwam ik toen bij Michiel uit. Ik heb veel samengewerkt met mensen in de marketing en waar je dan vaak tegen aanloopt is dat iemand bijvoorbeeld veel ervaring heeft met tekstschrijven, maar weer minder kennis heeft van andere gebieden, zoals SEO en conversie. Het prettige van de samenwerking met Michiel was dat hij wel die brede kennis heeft en aan heel veel punten tegelijk denkt. Michiel heeft eerst een uitgebreid SEO-rapport gemaakt met allerlei bruikbare tips waar ik mee aan de slag kan. Hierna heeft hij SEO-teksten geschreven die rekening houden met de juiste keywords. Qua inhoud en stijl ben ik zeer tevreden over de teksten: vlot en overtuigend geschreven in de stijl die ik voor ogen had. Ik ga nu met vertrouwen aan de slag met het redesign van mijn site en weet dat het met de SEO en content wel goed zit!

For the redesign of my site I wanted to take SEO into account immediately beforehand and not to do that afterwards. To get the best results, I was looking for someone who is very good at both SEO and copywriting. I then found Michiel via the SEO Podcast. I have worked a lot with people in marketing and what you often encounter is that someone has a lot of experience with copywriting, but has less knowledge of other areas, such as SEO and conversion. The nice thing about working with Michiel was that he does have that broad knowledge and thinks of many points at the same time. Michiel first made an extensive SEO report with all sorts of useful tips that I can use. He then wrote SEO texts that take the right keywords into account. In terms of content and style I am very satisfied with the texts: written fluently and convincingly in the style that I had in mind. I am now going to work with confidence on redesigning my site and I know that SEO and content are all right!
