Websitebezorgd heeft in het hele proces altijd met ons meegedacht naar oplossingen/functionaliteiten die het beste passen bij onze organisatie/wensen. Servicegerichte houding & prijsstelling. Altijd snel een reactie en zaken worden waar mogelijk snel opgelost. Erg fijn team om mee samen te werken. Als iets technisch niet mogelijk is dan zullen zij dat eerlijk aangeven.
Verbeterpunten of tips
Vooraf duidelijkere omschrijving van taken o.a. dat de klant zelf verantwoordelijk is voor het optimaliseren (SEO/ optimalisering) van de site.

Strengths
Websitebezorgd has always worked with us throughout the process to find solutions / functionalities that best suit our organization / wishes. Service-oriented attitude & pricing. Always a quick response and issues are resolved quickly where possible. Very nice team to work with. If something is not technically possible, they will indicate it fairly.

Clearer description of tasks in advance, including that the customer is responsible for optimizing (SEO / optimization) of the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het plan was simpel, we beginnen onze eigen uitgeverij. Maar hoe gaan we onze mooie magazines verkopen? Met websitezorgd.nl bezorgd was het in een paar dagen tijd geregeld! Het intakegesprek gaf ons het gevoel dat men bij websitebezorgd heel snel begreep wat wij wilden. Het contact verliep plezierig in een ontspannen sfeer. In het begin was het soms even zoeken, hoe doe ik dit, hoe doe ik dat? Telefonisch werden al onze ‘naderhandvragen’, die onvermijdelijk zijn, altijd netjes beantwoord of voor ons opgelost. Wij zijn dus tevreden met onze website en met websitebezorgd.nl!
The plan was simple, we start our own publishing house. But how are we going to sell our beautiful magazines? With websitezorgd.nl delivered it was arranged in a few days! The intake interview gave us the feeling that website delivery people understood very quickly what we wanted. The contact was pleasant in a relaxed atmosphere. In the beginning it sometimes took some searching, how do I do this, how do I do that? All our "afterwards" questions, which are unavoidable, were always answered properly or resolved for us by telephone. We are therefore satisfied with our website and with websitebezorgd.nl!
