 Purchased fabric online, there was an error. Can happen. But my mails just don't respond. Very rude and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige week stof besteld en betaald. Nog geen stof ontvangen en geen bevestiging van de bestelling. Telefoon wordt niet beantwoord en geen reactie op mail... Op vakantie? Op de website staat dat de winkel open is. Onprofessioneel en vervelend omdat we aan de slag wilden met de stof.
Ordered and paid for fabric last week. No substance received and no confirmation of the order. Phone is not answered and no response to mail ... On vacation? The website states that the store is open. Unprofessional and annoying because we wanted to get started with the material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel mooi assortiment, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Kijk wel even voordat je gaat goed naar de openingstijden, anders sta je wellicht voor een dichte deur. Ik had fijn wit katoen nodig voor een dromenvangerproject en ben prima geholpen.
Very nice range, good price-quality ratio. Before you go, take a good look at the opening times, otherwise you may be in front of a closed door. I needed fine white cotton for a dream catcher project and I was helped very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er kon geen greintje vriendelijkheid af bij de blonde medewerkster met zwarte bril. Niet erg representatief voor deze winkel. Absoluut geen aanrader als je vriendelijk geholpen wilt worden.
Not a shred of friendliness could escape from the blonde employee with black glasses. Not very representative of this store. Definitely not recommended if you want friendly help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toen ik online stoffen bestelde bleken dit niet de goede stoffen te zijn. Na telefonisch contact met een mevrouw heb ik de stoffen teruggestuurd en zij zou de portokosten terugbetalen nadat ik daarheen zou mailen. De portokosten zijn nooit terugbetaald en heb zelfs na maanden nog geen enkele reactie gekregen na herhaaldelijk mailen. Op de website bleek wel te staan dat de stoffen niet teruggestuurd kunnen worden dus ik vind het onbegrijpelijk dat ik dit in overleg met die mevrouw heb gedaan en dat ik als klant zo behandeld en genegeerd wordt.
When I ordered fabrics online, these turned out not to be the right ones. After contacting a lady by phone I sent the fabrics back and she would refund the postage costs after I emailed them there. The postage has never been refunded and I have not received a response even after months after repeated mailing. It appeared on the website that the materials cannot be returned, so I find it incomprehensible that I did this in consultation with the lady and that I as a customer are treated and ignored in this way.
