Goede begeleiding in het verkoop klaar maken van de woning (met hulp van een professionele styliste) en 3D presentatie van de woning. Alle lof over de onderhandelingen en afhandeling van de verkoop. We have experienced Weeda & Jellema Makelaardij as a reliable and good real estate agency. At the start a very good presentation about their way of working by Maikel Jellema. Good guidance in preparing the house for sale (with the help of a professional stylist) and 3D presentation of the house. All praise for the negotiations and handling of the sale. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really disappointing to have such unprofessional behaviour from Weeda & Jellema Makelaardij. We are waiting for almost 2 months and still we don't have a response. We trusted you and even shared our personal documents with you. Every time we call you, the response is the same that we should wait for a few more days.
If it is not possible, we should be informed honestly about it that it is not possible, instead of keeping us waiting. Due to this we have lost a lot of other good options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have an appointment for house viewing at 12PM and they called that day in the morning to tell that we need to make the bid until 1PM. Don't even give proper time to get home and make calculations or think about the decision. It is obvious that they already agreed to sell the house to their chosen person, and did everything to eliminate other candidates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We want to share your experience that we kept up following up with them for around 2 month for rental house, have sent all the necessary documents and we never got any appropriate reply back from them regarding our application. They kept on telling that they are reviewing our application(for 2 months). Every time we call them they tells the concern person is not here and you will get a call back. We never got the call back. Also we never got the appropriate response from email as well. Due to this we have skipped and lost few good apartments and houses.
