★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gehuurd huisje voldeed niet aan beschrijving: rolluik kapot; onkruid tot kniehoogte op terras; geen Wifi; pui kon niet open wegens ontbreken sleutel ; enkele lampen kapot , trapbekleding lag op gevaarlijke manier los,en nog andere narigheden. Organisatie bleek pas bereid tot terugbetaling na inschakelen jurist!! Zeer slechte ervaring dus., en vakantie -dagen werden tot 1 dag beperkt , waarin ook nog vele telefoontjes en veel negatieve emoties! Organisatie had huisje vooraf in orde moeten maken, en niet bij aankomst zeggen ,dat ze zo snel mogelijk een en ander zullen regelen!! (wij hadden huisje voor 3 nachten gehuurd n.b.)
rented house did not meet the description: broken shutter; weeds up to knee height on the terrace; no Wifi; facade could not open due to missing key; some lamps broken, stair coverings were dangerously loose, and other troubles. Organization was only willing to pay back after calling in a lawyer !! Very bad experience, and holiday days were limited to 1 day, in which also many phone calls and many negative emotions! Organization should have prepared the house in advance, and not say on arrival that they will arrange things as soon as possible !! (we had rented a house for 3 nights, note)
