★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldig! De deskundigheid en de marktkennis is zeer goed. Betrokken en betrouwbare indruk. Is enkel af en toe moeilijk bereikbaar als de makelaar bezichtigingen/afspraken heeft, maar belt/mailt altijd terug bij gelegenheid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met ons bedrijf hebben we afgelopen jaren meerdere woningen/beleggingspanden verkocht via Ramon van WT Wonen. Informatievoorziening kan soms iets beter, maar hij weet de verkoop vaak zeer spoedig te realiseren en levert ons de beste verkoopprijzen op. En dat tegen een gunstige courtage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bod gedaan op Gondel 18-40, na 14 dagen en veel vuldig bellen met wt wonen de heer Klaasen, wordt je afgewimpeld met een onsamenhangend verhaal, zwaar teleurgesteld dat je na 14 dagen te horen krijgt dat de keuze op iemand is gevallen die meer geboden heeft. Dit terwij WT wonen zelf de biedingen doorgeeft aan de verkopende partij. 14 dagen niet naar een anderev woning kunnen zoeken omdat je na 3 dagen een bod doet en dan 14 dagen niets hoort. De Communicatie is ver te zoeken.
