In het begin aardige indruk maar naar verloop van tijd namen de ergernissen over de gebrekkige communicatie. steeds meer toe. Er werd niet of heel laat gereageerd op mijn telefoontjes en mailtjes. Heb spijt als haren op mijn hoofd dat ik een aanbetaling had gedaan van 800 euro .Op 2 april hebben we ons eerst gesprek gehad en in juli heb ik aangegeven dat ik helemaal klaar mee was. Ik kon fluiten naar mijn geld. Zat volgens deskundigen niet veel arbeid in tot die tijd. Quote: "De keren dat je me belde was vaak op een moment dat me niet uitkomt. Of tussen de middag of tegen het avondeten aan. Ik snap wel dat dat jou goed uitkomt in verband met de winkel. De eerdere mails liet ik soms langer liggen, omdat ik dan weer moest melden dat het me niet is gelukt. Het is niet leuk om mensen te moeten teleurstellen" Nieuwe site was met ander bedrijf binnen twee maanden gepiept met goed en regelmatig overleg. Bad experience with Welldotcom.
