De levering duurde wel wat langer dan was afgesproken, maar alles werd keurig geleverd. Inmiddels hebben we al vele malen gebruik gemaakt van onze hottub. Vooral in de winter is het echt een ware belevenis. De easy tub bevalt ons heel goed. Alles werkt naar behoren zoals werd verteld bij de aankoop. Heb zelf van hout een deksel, trapje en een plankje voor evt drank en hapjes gemaakt, omdat ik deze accessoires wel wat duur vond. Ik kan echt iedereen deze hottube en Welvaere aanraden! M.i. is de verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit goed! Mvg Hans In August 2016 we purchased our 800-liter easy hot tub. We were kindly received and answered. The delivery took a bit longer than agreed, but everything was delivered properly. We have already used our hot tub many times. Especially in winter it is really a true experience. We like the easy tub very much. Everything works properly as was told when purchasing. I made a lid, stairs and a shelf for possibly drinks and snacks out of wood, because I thought these accessories were a bit expensive. I can really recommend this hot tub and Welvaere to everyone! Een sauna, volgens henzelf een topmodel die bewerkt was om langer mee te gaan, had al schimmelvorming onder de shingels (dakbedekking). The seller had very little technical knowledge and the quality of the saunas was also questionable. A sauna, according to them a top model that had been modified to last longer, already had mold under the shingles (roof covering).
C	Carla Mathys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben enkele maanden geleden beslist om een barrelsauna en hottub te plaatsen in onze tuin. Na enig opzoekwerk via internet, zijn wij bij het bezoek aan de showroom, zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We hebben ruimschoots de tijd gekregen om rond te kijken en vele vragen te stellen. Bedankt Bart! We waren helemaal overtuigd en 2 maanden geleden, na enige delay, werd de hottub geleverd en met verenigde krachten hebben we hem ter plaatse gezet (150kg). De installatie is heel eenvoudig, alleen hebben we nadien nog wat moeten zoeken om het water zuiver te houden. Zelfs met behulp van de zand- en Uv-filter was het niet evident. Ondertussen lukt het ons goed en hebben we al erg kunnen genieten van de warme of verfrissende tub (niet gestookt in combinatie met de sauna is ideaal als afkoel bad). Opgepast dat je hem niet te warm stookt, boven de 39° kan je er niet in. De sauna is dezelfde dag, door 2 timmermannen van Welvaere, ter plaatse gemonteerd. Zeer vriendelijke mannen en een vlot verloop van plaatsing. Ook de sauna krijgen we op een uurtje tijd tot 90°C heet! Er waren, zowel voor als na de installatie en levering van de sauna en de tub, heel wat openstaande vragen maar ze zijn allemaal zeer snel en vlot via mail beantwoord. Deze tub en sauna samen, vormt een zeer mooi plaatje in onze tuin en de meerwaarde voor ons gezin is erg groot. We hebben nog geen minuut spijt van onze aankoop bij Welvaere!! We were completely convinced and 2 months ago, after some delay, the hot tub was delivered and with united forces we put it on the spot (150 kg). The installation is very simple, but afterwards we had to look for something to keep the water clean. Even with the help of the sand and UV filter it was not obvious. In the meantime, we succeed well and we have already been able to enjoy the hot or refreshing tub (not heated in combination with the sauna is ideal as a cooling bath). Be careful not to heat it too hot, you cannot enter above 39 ° C. The sauna was assembled on site the same day by 2 carpenters from Welvaere. Very friendly men and a smooth placement. We also get the sauna up to 90 ° C in an hour! Both before and after the installation and delivery of the sauna and the tub, there were a lot of open questions, but they were all answered very quickly and smoothly by e-mail. This tub and sauna together form a very beautiful picture in our garden and the added value for our family is very large. We have not regretted our purchase at Welvaere for a minute !!

En het goede gevoel hebben zij totaal waargemaakt! Ik kan iedereen Welvaere aanraden die een kwalitatief goed product zoekt en daarbij een fijne leverancier die zijn afspraken nakomt. Ze doen wat ze zeggen. En voor alle medewerkers een compliment. Van adviseurs, tot bezorgers, tot service en plan medewerkers! TOP! The hot tub was delivered with all that you need, and the stove to heat is of great qualtiy. Having a hot tub in the garden is really a great thing, we are looking forward to try this out during winter. We got the version to build in, and now the hottub is an integrated part of the deck in our backyard. We ordered the insulated version, but was dissapointed that the promised 5 cm insulation was significantly less. On the other hand I do not think the insulation is a big deal.
