★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snel geholpen, maar 'gemist' dat het onderdeel net vervangen was. Bij reclamatie geven ze niet thuis. 'Vergeten' de storing uit het systeem te halen en het euvel uiteindelijk ook niet opgelost. Ford Wensink in Veendam daarentegen hebben de kastanjes voor hun collega's uit het vuur gehaald en hebben het euvel wel kunnen vinden. Daar zouden ze in Doetinchem nog wat van kunnen leren.
Al met al geen blijk van vakmanschap of klantvriendelijkheid.

Wouter ik zou niet weten wat je kan doen. Jullie hebben al aangegeven in een telefoongesprek en naar de collega's in Veendam dat het allemaal niet aan jullie lag dus dat er absoluut geen sprake kon zijn van garantie, coulance of wat dan ook, lekker makkelijk klant zit toch 200 km. verderop.
Dus wel € 580,- incasseren maar als blijkt dat die reparatie niet het euvel oplost dan is het jammer voor de klant.
 Helped quickly, but 'missed' that the part had just been replaced. They do not respond to complaints. 'Forgot' to remove the malfunction from the system and the problem was not solved in the end. Ford Wensink in Veendam, on the other hand, took the chestnuts out of the fire for their colleagues and were able to find the problem. They could learn something from that in Doetinchem.
All in all, no sign of craftsmanship or customer-friendliness.

Wouter I wouldn't know what to do. You have already indicated in a telephone conversation and to the colleagues in Veendam that it was not all your fault, so that there could be absolutely no question of warranty, leniency or whatever, nice and easy customer is still 200 km. beyond.
So collect € 580, - but if it turns out that the repair does not solve the problem, then it is a pity for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne dealer. Communicatie is top, netjes herinnerd aan afspraak door middel van een sms-je. Terwijl de auto bij de garage stond netjes up to date gehouden omtrent voortgang. Voor de beurt een aantal punten aangegeven waarvan ik dacht dat die aandacht behoefde. Door de dealer nagekeken en netjes teruggekoppeld wat de bevindingen waren. Auto gewassen afgeleverd bij het ophalen. Ford met complete onderhoudshistorie elders gekocht. Dealer is via digitale onderhouds-dossier volledig op de hoogte van de historie.
Al met al een goede ervaring.
Fine dealer. Communication is top notch, nicely reminded of an appointment by means of a text message. While the car at the garage was neatly kept up to date about progress. For the turn a number of points indicated that I thought that needed attention. Checked by the dealer and neatly fed back what the findings were. Car washed delivered at the pick up. Ford with complete maintenance history purchased elsewhere. Dealer is fully aware of the history via digital maintenance file.
All in all a good experience.

Gisteren einde middag gebeld i.v.m. melding remvoering en kon vanmorgen om 8 uur al komen.
Remvoering en schijven bleken versleten van m'n werkbus en ik had alleen s'morgens tijd door geplande werkzaamheden en kon de bus ook niet missen.
Ze hebben alles in het werk gezet om het voor elkaar te krijgen. Zoals met spoed onderdelen laten komen en doorwerken in de pauze.
Kon de bus iets later dan gepland weer mee nemen maar normaal een dag extra kwijt geweest.
Busje rijdt en remt weer super.
Top gewoon.

Called yesterday late afternoon i.v.m. reported brake lining and could already come this morning at 8 o'clock.
Brake lining and discs proved to be worn from my work bus and I only had time in the morning due to planned work and could not miss the bus either.
They have done everything in their power to get it done. Such as urgent delivery of parts and continuing to work during the break.
Could take the bus a little later than planned but normally lost an extra day.
Van runs and brakes super again.
Simply top.

Vrijdag 27 december nieuwe voorruit in me fiesta laten zetten. Leen wagen mee alleen benzine betalen. Auto werd gewssen afgeleverd zo als altijd . Top garage. Vanaf de verkoop tot aan werkplaats ben je klant en kennen ze de klant
In March 2020 my second new ford picked up everything again well arranged .. This is my third ford at Wensink. You like to come here and do a cup of coffee every month when they wash my car
Friday 27 December have a new windscreen put in my fiesta. Borrow car only pay petrol. Car was delivered as always. Top garage. You are a customer from the sales to the workshop and they know the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede service, vriendelijk en denken met je mee wanneer er onverwachte kosten zijn. Wat meteen zou moeten gebeuren en wat zou je tijdelijk door kunnen schuiven. Ook de filmpjes bij onderhoud/apk die ze je vantevoren sturen alvorens je te bellen geven een vertrouwd gevoel.
Good service, friendly and think along with you when unexpected costs arise. What should happen immediately and what could you pass on temporarily. The films with maintenance / MOT that they send you in advance before calling you also give a familiar feeling.
