Voorheen was dit inderdaad een bejaardencentrum, maar daar is al ruim tien jaar geen sprake meer van. In dit complex wonen ook jongeren, en jonge mensen. Het is weliswaar niet geschikt voor jonge gezinnen met kinderen, maar van een bejaardencentrum kan men zeker niet spreken. Helaas zijn er hondeneigenaren die vinden dat hun hond aan de binnenkant van het gebouw mag worden uitgelaten, en vinden ook dat hun hond niet hoeft te worden aangelijnd, hier en daar kan je de poepvlekken op het tapijt in de openbare ruimte zien zitten, bah! Daar mag het beheer wel beter op inspelen. En laat de biljartvereniging maar elders hun onderkomen vinden, en niet in een gebouw waar gewoond wordt. Luidruchtige mannen zodra je op hun biljartavond de lift uit stapt, vreselijk! Maar desondanks is het hier prima, daarom vijf sterren, als regelmatige bezoeker van dit gebouw! Management can respond better to this. And let the billiard club find their accommodation elsewhere, and not in a building where people live. Noisy men as soon as you step out of the elevator on their billiard night, terrible! But nevertheless it is fine here, therefore five stars, as a regular visitor to this building!
