★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4x aan de deur geweest, 4 x of de verkeerde spullen of op een andere dag komen dan afgesproken. Hopeloos. En dan ook nog een briefje in de bus gooien dat we binnen drie dagen moeten reageren. Als je kernactiviteit is om de juiste spullen op de juiste plaats te brengen om de afgesproken tijd en je levert deze prestatie dan moet je je toch achter je oren krabben
 Been to the door 4 x, 4 x or the wrong stuff or come on a different day than agreed. hopeless. And then also throw in a note that we have to respond within three days. If your core activity is to get the right stuff in the right place at the agreed time and you deliver this performance, then you have to scratch your head

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet betrouwbare partij. Zouden materiaal op het terrein leveren, niet voor het terrein. Heb nu twee kub hout op de stoep voor mijn huis staan. Even achteruit steken met vrachtwagen, zoals afspraak, was te veel gevraagd voor deze chauffeur. Waardeloos!
Not a reliable party. Would provide material on site, not for site. Now have two cubic meters of wood on the sidewalk in front of my house. Stepping back with the truck, as agreed, was too much to ask for this driver. Worthless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een slecht bedrijf. Vrijdag zouden ze iets bezorgen tussen 13.30 uur en 15.30 uur. Wij zijn de hele dag in het huis geweest omdat de keuken geplaatst werd en de meubels bezorgt werden. Ze zijn niet geweest. Vervolgens bel ik ze op en vraag waar ze blijven, ze zeggen ze dat ze geweest zijn en een kaartje door de brievenbus hebben gedaan. U snapt het al, geen kaartje in de brievenbus. Dus ze zijn helemaal niet geweest. Vervolgens een nieuwe afspraak gemaakt dat ze vandaag op 14-03-2022 zouden komen tussen 10.00 uur en 12.00 uur omdat er dan iemand in het huis is omdat KPN het e.e.a. komt instaleren. Vervolgens krijg ik vanmorgen een mailtje dat de bestelling bezorgt wordt tussen 7.30 uur en 9.30 uur. Vervolgens de planning van Wesseling gebeld. Ik werd in de wacht gezet en er werd vervolgens contact met de chauffeur opgenomen. Deze zou zijn route omgooien en tussen 10.00 uur en 12.00 uur de bestelling bezorgen.
WAT DENKT U!!!!!!!!!
om 7.50 uur krijgen we een belletje dat de bezorger over 10 minuten op de stoep staat om de bestelling te bezorgen, terwijl er niemand in het huis aanwezig is omdat het nog niet bewoond is. Wat een vreselijk slecht bedrijf. Hier zou ik niets meer door laten vervoeren. Het bedrijf waar ze voor rijden, daar heb ik mijn laatste bestelling ook gedaan. Het gaat hier om Home Design Shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse delivery company ever. Had many deliveries in the past days of bulky items. All came to the apartment, no problem. Also used many international logistics companies for my various relocations so I have used a few of them.
This morning, Wesseling dropped a package in the street in front of the building door thinking that I was going to bring it up myself. I asked the driver for some help which he declined straight away without any questions.
I had to refuse the package as I was unable to bring it myself upstairs and it was in front of the door for the doctors blocking the entrance for people in needs.
I tried to solve the issue by calling them. Still waiting for them to call me back, which says long on their sense of priorities.
*** Update: very unhelpful planning person, no solution to be found, he talked over and over about how great they did (euh no, you didn’t), how their driver has a back issue. Really!? You drive a truck the entire day and roll pallets in and out of a truck with a back issue!? Just call me stupid.
One sure thing: the driver missed a good tip that we give to pretty much everybody who helps us carry heavy stuff upstairs.
*** 2nd update: messaged in English (for obvious reasons) and got a reply in Dutch, how nice! The customer service is the poorest I've seen in ages. A truck (not a van, a truck) driver that can jump in and out of the lorry but can't help someone lifting a box and bringing it 15 stairs up! He had no shame leaving my wife (38 weeks pregnant) doing it. Glad I refused the package (that he had to put back in the truck with his poor back!!)
