★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this modern clean hotel which is an easy walk from the city centre and has plenty of parking and provision for pedal cycle storage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and evening meals were of a good standard.
Nothing disappointed us. We intend to stay at the hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel to stay. It’s clean, cozy,comfortable and all staff’s are amazingly polite and welcoming.
Located next to IKEA, a bit far from Delft city centre but you can book a shuttle from this hotel to go to city centre.
The shuttle ticket can be bought at the receptionist. If you need a ride back to the hotel, just ask the driver to meet you at the certain point in the city centre, the driver will happily to wait you there.
Or.. if you prefer to walk, city centre can be reached within 30 minutes by walking. ( we’re a slow walker)
Note :
There’s a direct train from Schipol Airport to Delft , takes around 30 minutes, ticket only around € 10-12 per person. From Delft Train Station you can continue by taking a bus which is stopped near this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a total of 9 weeks and I could not have been more welcomed. The staff are very kind and always happy to go over and beyond for you.
I could not recommend this place enough.
I would love to return to Delft and when I do I will be booking a room at WestCord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfectly in order. It is a very beautiful hotel with very friendly personnel and comfortable beds. The only things we missed were premade chocolate milk at breakfast and a toilet brush.

Very clean, rooms are spacious and well equipped and with proper free wifi.
Breakfast is good.
The staff is nice and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed the Family room. The service and facilities inside the room and Hotel were great. The staff are very helpful and Friendly. Breakfast is rather expensive: 17 Euro per person. Only one comment that their bed was not comfortable for my husband and I.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well organized tidy and clean hotel. Personnel very professional and friendly. Rooms are as can be expected from hotels with a similar rating in stars. The lobby, restaurant, bar and lounge are all in the same space. This makes the communal area’s pretty noisy. The menu is very limited. Choices wrt dining is limited to only 5 choices of which 2 are vegetarian. Quality of the food is however very good.
