★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Kinkerstraat office it was closed and they have a message on the door asking to theirs customers to come to this office which should be closed at 18:00pm, I arrived at 17:40pm and it was already closed! Shouldn't play with people's times!

They didn't gave me enough change. Also they told me I sended to much money ( 1K to Indonesia ). They blocked me after making a complaint with the Austrian board. Apparently there is no place in Holland to make a complaint and you have to communicate with somebody in Austria. [email protected] I would recommend everybody to make a complaint there if not satisfied. So the financial authority is aware of the bad services from this company.
