I’ve worked at several wework locations and unfortunately this one has the less nicer receptionist staff (however cleaning team has the loveliest persons) - otherwise, great location, great amenities

Love this spot! Great place to work with a team or solo. The coffee is good, nice fancy water, and they have draft domestic beer.

Over the last years, I worked from 7 different WeWork spaces across 4 countries and this is probably the only one that is way below global WeWork standards. Their Community Manager Sarah Boumans might be the rudest person on earth. The usual friendly and smiley attitude you get from WeWork Community Managers? Don’t expect it from Sarah, she attacked me aggressively when I asked her why she was treating me in such a rude way. I reported her behaviour to the headquarters and it seems a British guy sharing the same space also did, we both were quite surprised with our experience. It’s unfortunate because WeWork usually chooses and trains their staff carefully. On a side note, if you’re renting a desk, the flex desk space is pretty small and they have events almost all day so the already small space gets even smaller, pretty loud and distracting. If you have no other choice and really have to use this space, try speaking to their Community Lead Cassandra Shapiro at least, she’s probably the only lovely and (smiling) helpful person working here.

Staff is so bad... they lost our important mail for over more then six times now. Unable to reach if you need them. Very poor, used to be good...

Took out a flexdesk membership for a month and unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. The main issue was all noise: you are put in the common area/kitchen, so it can get pretty loud in there, especially when people start playing foosball. This makes it very hard to concentrate and get any work done. The experience may be better if you rent a proper office, but I can only comment on my experience here. Furthermore, if you're only planning on getting a membership for one month, make sure to cancel your membership when it ends, since it will auto-renew and WeWorks customer support will make no effort in cancelling the renewed month and issuing a refund, even if you have zero intention of using their services again. EDIT: WeWorks support came through in the end and helped me get a refund for the auto-renewed month by elevating the issue. They were quick and professional about it, and I appreciate their efforts in following up on customer complaints. Therefore I also updated my review from one to three stars.

It looks like this place has no defined rules about the usage of flex spaces and communal areas. Even if there are rules, I am not sure if anyone knows them or enforces them. Flex space and the main communal area are basically the same place. Almost everyday, I end-up with having no empty space to work. No one is there to make sure a member actually has a place to work. When I ask the staff about this, I am pointed out an empty space in a table someone having lunch or an empty part on the couch. Those are places that you are expected to work... I see these suggestions as no effort to solve the problem. And it's extremely noisy. I mean really noisy that it's almost impossible to work without headphones. And there is even a foosball machine in the flex desk area (because it's also the communal area) and that can get very very loud. This machine being there is the solid evidence that as a flex member you are not cared at all and entertainment of other members is more important. Not to mention that the flex area is also an event area and while you are working someone from the staff will come and ask you to move because of there will be an event and the corner that they show you to move has no place to sit at all. So I end up paying for a membership which I am not able to use a lot of times. I don't know what service standards they have but that definitely doesn't include you to have a pleasant membership experience. I mean a workspace with no workspace to work. Go figure that out.... Although I must say the place is pretty clean, all the time... Has a nice view form the window (if you find a place sit), And has a very convenient location with the metro at the doorstep. Edit: I see that wework has commented under my review. Although thats a good thing, them not being able to find me on their system doesn't makes sense. Just search my name ! and if you can't still find it on the system, then simply go fix your system. And by the way, don't bother to get someone in touch with me from the local team. In the last interaction I had with one of them, I was given this answer "I don't have to answer that question" and it was a very simple question which was about how come they are providing me with wrong information. This was probably the rudest answer that I received from any staff member in my whole life.

Enjoyed meeting new faces - didn't appreciate Sarah focusing on something not important so she knows why I deducted a couple Stars. Pros: Wework has the amenities you need and the hospitality team makes the kitchen run impeccably. Cons: the common area can get very noisy, and with limited space and constant events, it could get in the way of focusing.

No space, a lot of noise, very chaotic. I left after 25 minutes. The WeWork further east β€” Weesperstraat β€” is much better though, can recommend that one instead.
