WGS kwam met het idee te de koelkast na de verhuizing om te ruilen zodat we goed konden kijken wat we wilden in ons nieuwe huis. Super! Super service! Our purchased refrigerator was not working properly and we were about to move. WGS came up with the idea to exchange the refrigerator after the move so that we could see what we wanted in our new home. Super!
M	Marius Boellaard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hadden snel een nieuwe wasmachine nodig en er was geen geld voor een “nieuwe” Miele daarom besloten wij voor een goede 2e hands te kiezen met garantie. Onze keus viel op een Miele wasmachine van 425,- euro met 6 maanden garantie en gratis bezorgen. De bestelling en betaling gingen probleemloos maar daarna ontstonden er problemen. De eigenaar is niet of slecht bereikbaar en liet ons wachten totdat wij te horen kregen wanneer de machine geleverd zou worden. Uiteindelijk werd de machine bijna een week later geleverd. Eindelijk konden wij snel de was achterstand gaan wegwerken, althans dat dachten wij want de machine was hier wel geleverd maar was niet schoon, wat heet! De rubberen rand die rondom de opneming van de trommel zit rondom het deurtje had samen met het niet afgepompte water een stank en dikke aangekoekte vuil aanslag veroorzaakt die niet te verwijderen was op een normale manier. Ook was het achtergebleven water in de machine gaan bederven waardoor de hele machine naar riool lucht ruikt. Na een hele fles Hg en schoonmaakazijn en diverse keren op hoge temperatuur is de lucht iets afgenomen en ruikt het wasgoed in ieder geval fris, de machine zelf stinkt echter nog steeds. Een aantal maanden vlak voor kerst - u raadt het al –stopte de wasmachine met werken. Natuurlijk hebben wij eerst zelf het vuilwater filter gecontroleerd en water aan en afvoer ed.. In het scherm kwam de tekst dat wij de monteur moesten raadplegen. Eerst zelf filter gecontroleerd en water aan en afvoer ed. Nu dat deden wij, wij hadden immers garantie… Ook nu kregen wij het bekende antwoordapparaat. De eigenaar bleek achteraf ziek te zijn hier kon hij zelf dus niets aan doen. Ook het probleem bleek eenvoudig met aanwijzingen goed door ons zelf op gelost te zijn dat was een meevaller. Er bleek condens achter te zijn gebleven waardoor er vocht is ontstaan en de sensor die dit registreert schakeld de machine dan uit, veiligheid. De vraag is alleen hoe komt dit vocht hier de ruimte waar de machine staat is kurkdroog en geventileerd. Hopelijk was dit eenmalig en blijft de Miele nog even doorwassen. Maar of wij in de toekomst hier weer een 2e hands Miele kopen, nou nee. We quickly needed a new washing machine and there was no money for a “new” Miele, so we decided to opt for a good 2nd hand with warranty. Our choice fell on a Miele washing machine costing EUR 425, - with a 6-month warranty and free delivery. The order and payment went smoothly, but after that problems arose. The owner is not or difficult to reach and made us wait until we were told when the machine would be delivered. Ultimately, the machine was delivered almost a week later. Finally we could quickly get rid of the laundry backlog, at least that's what we thought because the machine was delivered here but was not clean, which is hot! The rubber edge that surrounds the housing of the drum around the door, together with the water that had not been drained, had caused a stench and thick caked dirt deposits that could not be removed in a normal way. Also, the water left in the machine had started to spoil, causing the whole machine to smell like sewage air. After a whole bottle of Hg and cleaning vinegar and several times at a high temperature, the air has decreased slightly and the laundry smells fresh, but the machine itself still smells. A few months before Christmas - you guessed it - the washing machine stopped working. Of course we first checked the waste water filter and water supply and drainage, etc. The screen displayed the text that we had to consult the technician. First we checked the filter ourselves and supply and drain water, etc. Now we did, after all, we had a guarantee ... Now we also got the well-known answering machine. The owner turned out to be ill, so he couldn't do anything about it himself. The problem also turned out to be easily solved by us with instructions, which was a stroke of luck. It turned out that condensation had remained behind, causing moisture to form and the sensor that registers this then switches the machine off, safety. The only question is how does this moisture get here? The room where the machine is standing is bone dry and ventilated. Hopefully this was a one-off and the Miele will continue to wash for a while. But whether we will buy a second-hand Miele again in the future, well no.
C	Chanaida Dijkstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er stond dat ik 6 maand garantie had, hun vertelde mij dat het maar 3 maand was. Meerdere keren gemaild, maar ze hebben zgn nooit wat ontvangen. Nu zijn we idd 6 maanden verder, dus vervalt de garantie. Een droger van 225 euro gekocht van mijn vakantiegeld, grootste prut ooit! Ik heb er helemaal niks aan!! Wat een flop, om dingen te verkopen die niet eens optimaal werken. Belachelijk! De website is een mooie verleiding, maar daar blijft het ook bij. WEGGEGOOID GELD! EN JULLIE MAAR GENIETEN. It said I had a 6 month warranty, they told me it was only 3 months. Emailed several times, but they never received anything. Now we are 6 months later, so the warranty expires. Bought a 225 euro dryer with my holiday pay, biggest mess ever! It is of no use to me at all !! What a flop to sell things that don't even work optimally. Ridiculous! The website is a nice temptation, but that's it. WASTED MONEY! AND YOU WILL ENJOY.

Ze verkochten me een slechte oven die de elektriciteit van mijn huis opblies, daarna bracht ik de oven terug maar vergat de bakplaat mee te nemen. Ze rekenden 100 euro voor een bord dat normaal 30 euro kost. Ik wou dat ik ze een nulster kon geven. I don't recommend, they run their business as a scam. They sold me a bad oven that blew up my house's electricity, then I returned the oven but forgot to bring the baking tray. They charged 100 euros for a plate that normally costs 30 euros. I wish I could give them a zero star.
N	Niek ter Horst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De koelkasten van WGS witgoed zijn afgekeurde koelkasten die werkend zijn gemaakt. De koelkast ging stuk na 3,5 maand, dus een halve maand buiten de garantie. Hoewel ik natuurlijk niet weer zon afgekeurde koelkast zou willen. Wat de klanten echter niet weten is dat er een gevaarlijk gas wat al is opgestegen naar boven in de koelkast en dus snel zou knappen. Daarnaast is er gerotzooid met koperdraad om de koelkast enigszins werkend te maken. Overigens zijn de bovenste en onderste kappen zo vervuild dat het voedsel veel sneller bederft dan normaal, waardoor er een kans op botulisme bestaat. Als je vers brood boven op de koelkast legt zit er met 3 dagen zichtbaar schimmel op. Daarnaast zal na ongeveer 3 maanden het freongas aan de achterkant knappen wat omzet in een gevaarlijk gas om in te ademenen. Dat zijn natuurlijk schandalige praktijken. Daarnaast vraag ik mij af wat voor een vloeistof er achter/onderin de koelkast zat toen de koelkast uit de kamer werd gehaald viel dit op de grond en dat verklaart dat lekkende geluid. Mijn tip is dus koop een koelkast die wat minder luxe oogt maar veel beter werkt en dus nieuw is. 50% van de tweehands koelkasten zijn gevaarlijk voor de gezondheid. En naar mijn mening wordt je dan keihard opgelicht. De onderkant van de koelkast werkt overigens niet omdat alle freon al is opgestegen naar boven. Daarnaast probeert WGS witgoed alle negatieve reviews te verwijderen. The refrigerators of WGS white goods are rejected refrigerators that have been made working. These are, of course, scandalous practices. In addition, I wonder what kind of liquid was in the back/bottom of the refrigerator when the refrigerator was removed from the room, it fell on the floor and that explains the leaking sound. So my tip is buy a refrigerator that looks less luxurious but works much better and is therefore new. 50% of second-hand refrigerators are hazardous to health. And in my opinion you will be ripped off. The bottom of the refrigerator does not work because all the Freon has already risen to the top. In addition, WGS white goods tries to remove all negative reviews.

And I don't want a lawsuit, but seling broken items and draging it out afterwards (pretending being so busy) is not a way to do business. P. S. I should have believed those one-star reviews, apparently. But I keep hope that we find a solutuon - then I will gladly change my review. I hate giving less stars
