★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijzonder slecht, de vip vlucht die we kado heb gegeven bleek geen vip vlucht te zijn.
Wel hebben we veel geld betaald zodat de vlucht vip zou zijn!
Eigenaar staat totaal niet open voor gesprek of oplossing.
Eigenaar zegt dat de extra mensen mee waren voor het gewicht maar heeft ons dat vooraf niet laten weten terwijl ik erg goed duidelijk had gemaakt dat ik wilde dat alleen mijn ouders in de mand zouden zijn.
Op de site wordt gezegd:
Geen andere passagiers in de mand
Geheel naar wens
Ik ben heel duidelijk geweest in wat ik wilde, meneer heeft dit ook toegezegd maar later plannen gewijzigd en ons niet op de hoogte gebracht.
Eigenaar heeft ons op smerige wijze veel geld afhandig gemaakt, ga er niet mee in zee
