L	Lies Overdijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ging moeilijk kwam er niet door en ben zelf naar de winkel geweest en gevraagd of ze me konden helpen, de dames die in de zaak bezig waren zijn me netjes van dienst geweest! It was difficult not through and went to the store myself and asked if they could help me, the ladies who were working in the store have served me nicely!
M	Martijn de Ruiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4-1-2021 8h45 zeer brutale receptioniste gesproken. Probeer opbouwende discussie aan te gaan, echter snauwt je af. Pallet met Dasty besteld, aangezien we heel goed te spreken zijn over het product. Zijn sommige processen bij ons afhankelijk van dit product. Dus door de 2 lockdown online een pallet besteld op 23 december, keurig een email op de 24ste verzonden(letterlijk!!!). Dus geweldig blij waren we, echter 4 jan nog steeds niks binnen. Toch maar eens bellen, wij moesten niet zo moeilijk doen. En er was ook nog geen email gestuurd waarneer wij ingepland stonden. En de vraag hoe lang het nog duurt, krijgen we het antwoord weet het niet. Waarschijnlijk nog 2 weken. Jammer dat een zo goed product, zo slechte frontend in hun organisatie hebben. Had wel iets meer begrip en netheid verwacht. Maar goed, misschien had mevrouw(die weigert haar naam kenbaar te maken en weigert me door te verbinden met leidinggevende) een rot dag, hebben we tenslotte allemaal wel eens. En ik schrijf niet gauw een slechte recensie, maar vond dit scenario op dit moment toch helaas wel recensiewaardig. Hoop dat de Wibra dit als opbouwende kritiek kan lezen en een nog betere organisatie kan neerzetten in hopelijk een succesvol 2021...ook voor de Wibra. 4-1-2021 8h45 very cheeky receptionist spoken. Try to engage in constructive discussion, but it snarls you. Pallet ordered with Dasty, as we are very pleased with the product. Are some of our processes dependent on this product. So by the 2nd lockdown ordered a pallet online on December 23rd, neatly sent an email on the 24th (literally !!!). So we were very happy, but Jan 4 still nothing inside. Just give us a call, we shouldn't be too difficult. And no email had yet been sent when we were scheduled. And the question of how long it will take, we do not know the answer. Probably another 2 weeks. It's a shame that such a good product has such a bad frontend in their organization. Would have expected a little more understanding and cleanliness. Anyway, maybe Mrs. (who refuses to make her name known and refuses to put me through to supervisor) had a bad day, after all we all have at one time or another. And I don't easily write a bad review, but unfortunately found this scenario worth reviewing at the moment. Hope that the Wibra can read this as constructive criticism and can establish an even better organization in hopefully a successful 2021 ... also for the Wibra.
