A	Annemarie Oppedijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn dat er een Wibra is in zo'n buurtwinkelstraat. Blij mee. Ik koop er ook best veel. Kijk altijd eerst of de Wibra het heeft voor ik naar het centrum ga. Personeel zou echter beter kunnen. Vooral als ik iets zoek is er bij Wibra Leusderweg maar 1 medewerkster die even meeloopt of weet of het artikel beschikbaar is. Zij biedt ook aan naar een ander filiaal te bellen. Maar soms is de reactie van haar collega's : "dat weet ik niet". Dat komt een beetje dom over. Help dan even om het wel te weten te komen als je daar werkt. Ook zou het fijn zijn als er even wordt gegroet als je als klant binnenkomt of vertrekt. Vriendelijkheid kost niks toch, en is goed voor de klantenbinding. Nice that there is a Wibra in such a neighborhood shopping street. Happy with. I also buy quite a lot. Always check if the Wibra has it before I go to the center. Staff could do better though. Especially when I am looking for something, there is only 1 employee at Wibra Leusderweg who walks along or knows whether the article is available. She also offers to call another branch. But sometimes the response from her colleagues is "I don't know". That seems a bit silly. Then help to find out if you work there. It would also be nice if you were greeted when you enter or leave as a customer. Kindness costs nothing anyway, and is good for customer loyalty.

J	Jorik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pff, wat een chaos hier. Overal ligt allemaal spul wat op een volledig andere afdeling thuishoort. Kleding ligt op een hoopje gegooid in de bakken of op de grond. De prijzen zijn dan wel weer redelijk, vandaar waarschijnlijk ook de categorie 'Discount Store' die Google de Wibra gegeven heeft. Het personeel laat te wensen over. Vaak wordt de kassa bemand door wat oudere vrouwen die overduidelijk écht niet willen zijn waar ze zijn. Dit gecombineerd met het feit dat het vaak gewoon erg onopgeruimd is geeft een hele onverzorgde en bijna deprimerende look/feel. Misschien is dat een beetje een overdreven verwoording, anders wist ik het niet te brengen. Maar nogmaals: de prijzen zijn erg goed. Dat is toch wel hetgene waar de meesten de meeste waarde aan hechten. Pff, what a chaos here. Everywhere there is stuff that belongs in a completely different department. Clothes lie on a pile thrown in the bins or on the ground. The prices are then again reasonable, hence probably also the category 'Discount Store' that Google has given the Wibra. The staff leaves something to be desired. Often the cash register is manned by some older women who obviously do not want to be where they are. This combined with the fact that it is often just very unclear gives a very unkempt and almost depressing look / feel. Maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, otherwise I did not know how to bring it. But again: the prices are very good. That is the thing that most people value most.

Volgens de kassa medewerker wordt er binnenkort een nieuwe wibra winkel geopend in afrt. Op dit moment loopt er een actie, als je een wibra shopper koopt krijg je 20% kort op alles wat erin past, uitgezonderd spullen vh merk Dasty. Kortom een aanrader! Neat shop, sufficiently wide aisles to pass each other, varied assortment, many beautiful affordable cards including condolences, birth, get well soon, congratulations, etc. Unfortunately at the moment the only wibra shop in afrt. According to the cashier, a new wibra store will soon be opened in afrt.
