Ben uiterst vriendelijk geholpen en ook het bezorgen en in elkaar zetten ging vlekkeloos. Niets op aan te merken. A small store / showroom that is a bit too full. I recently bought my couch and furniture for the living room. I have been extremely friendly and also the delivery and assembly went smoothly. Nothing to complain about.

Na 5 WEKEN komt er eindelijk iemand langs die ondanks eerdere toezeggingen weigert ook maar iets te doen. Alle 'nieuwe?!' poten zitten vol met krassen en verkleuringen - reactie Wierab: dat zie je niet...! In het zicht VASTGENIET verpakkingsmateriaal aan het meubel - reactie Wierab : Niet verwijderen....! als je geen beschadigingen wil gaan zien!! Een kapotte [door ons] losgeschroefde veer / een bekend probleem was gezegd - reactie Wierab : Dan had u m maar niet moeten losschroeven, doen we niets meer aan! Dat je dan dus 5 weken moet WACHTEN en de boxspring NIET kan gebruiken is niet zijn probleem / ach tis vakantietijd he... Bijzonder arrogante houding van de eerst zo vriendelijke verkoper/eigenaar. Echte klachten krijgen ze nooit....?! Bedrijf is niet aangesloten bij een geschillencommissie dus bij een geschil sta je machteloos. No customer service at all, complaints are not taken seriously and dismissed as 'exaggerated'. After 5 WEEKS someone finally comes along who refuses to do anything despite previous commitments. All 'new ?!' legs are full of scratches and discolouration - reaction Wierab: you can't see that ...! In sight FIXED packaging material on the furniture - reaction Wierab: Do not remove ....! if you don't want to see any damage !! A broken spring [unscrewed by us] / a known problem was said - reaction Wierab: Then you should not have unscrewed it, we do nothing more! That you have to WAIT for 5 weeks and CANNOT use the box spring is not his problem / heck it is holiday time huh ... Very arrogant attitude of the first friendly seller / owner. They never get real complaints ....?! Company is not affiliated with a dispute committee, so you are powerless in the event of a dispute.

De verkoper doet zich aardig voor maar heeft een grote mond en informeert de klanten hier niet hierover. Do not buy here because you will never get your money back quality is bad. Als je de koop wilt ontbinden terwijl je de winkel nog niet eens uit bent, omdat je toch niet zelf kan ophalen, doet hij moeilijk om het geld terug te geven. Dat dit bedrijf nog bestaat verbaast mij. Please don't buy anything here. The seller is so arrogant! t	tanzeelliaqat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer services and rude people working there. They delivered TV Meubel almost 6 weeks ago with one part missing. Called them few times and visited them as well few times but never get a clear answer about the delivery of missing part. Today I visited them again as they said that it will arrive on Friday but now they said our colleague who is incharge of that is not here. But the worst part is the guy who was talking to me has no customer respect and very rude behavoir. I was shocked to experience this and fali to understand how they could do this with customers who are loyal with them from last 25/30 years.
