B	Ben Stew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it 0 stars I would. To try and get through to a member of staff is impossible. There phone system clearly doesn’t work so after requesting a call back. That didn’t happen. I had to call emergency line just to get a response.
R	Racotzi Raluca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to make an appointment to this clinic and I still have no answer, I tried to call them( the robot tells me to call the next working day, but I cannot seem to find a day when they are working- I''ve called on a Monday, Friday, Thursday etc.), I tried to make an appointment on their app( not successful) and also I've tried to communicate with them on email and I got an answer for my first email and now after 5 days and more than 3 emails sent to them I still don't have an answer about how I can make an appointment for a GP for a painful ear ache.

They loose your file and the results of bloed test that i have to pay anyway!!! Fortunatly the law in Nerderland has a resolution for that and is call something like negligence,!i hope they get the 'boete"

I spent over 1 week trying to get a repeat prescription - I sent multiple emails, I tried to call the practice, I left voicemail messages, I even went physically to the practice TWICE in order to try and get my prescription - by this point I had ran out and I hadn't been taking my medication for 3 days. It was TERRIBLE. It's now time for me to request my prescription again and I'm having the same problems... you can't ring them, they don't acknowledge emails. How can you have a duty of care for your patients and then treat them like this??
C	Candace “AdventuresofCC” Staats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond unimpressed with this doctors office. They took over in late 2020 or early 2021 and the service has been abysmal. They "forgot" to send a referral to a new therapist, forget to call back, don't send in prescriptions the first time they are asked...they list goes on and on. Today we were calling because a script has not been filled, and the auto message is saying " we are not taking calls today." WE ARE NOT TAKING CALLS TODAY? They also are woefully inept at responding properly or on time to emails, and since the system changed over you can no longer get your prescription refills as easily. Some of the assistances are lovely, and there is one doctor Dr. Werschull that I really like, but aside from that it is infuriating. What company has a policy of not answering their phone? We are registering to a new DR as soon as possible.

I have made a formal complaint but still nothing has changed. My shock and horror when I heard a software company was now the management of my medical needs! As I cannot get in touch with anyone, I have no idea how my data is being used without my permission. I will be changing GPS at the next possible moment. Avoid at all costs. I
