Noemen zichzelf ‘WIJ ZIJN GIDEON’ het kan beter zijn ‘WIJ ZIJN ZAKKENVULLERS’.
Hele slechte projectontwikkelaar met een hoop bla bla.
Gewoon ordinair oude huizen opkopen om er vervolgens veel goedkope appartementjes van te maken! Walgelijk!
Dat de gemeente Rotterdam dit allemaal toestaat.
Hun praktijken hebben een funeste invloed op de buurt, de wijk, en de oude huizen die gesloopt worden en versnipperd worden in kleine appartementjes. Gevolgen zijn: overbelasting van een pand, veel doorstroom, overbelasting van de buurt. Belachelijk! Hoge bedragen voor kleine hokken. Misleiden kopers en buurtbewoners.
Hun naam was voorheen Gideon Woning Beheer B.V. en is gewijzigd in Richter Vastgoed B.V..

Call themselves 'WE ARE GIDEON' it could be better 'WE ARE POCKET FILLERS'.
Very bad project developer with a lot of blah blah.
Just buy up old houses and then make lots of cheap apartments out of them! Disgusting!
That the municipality of Rotterdam allows all this.
Their practices have a disastrous influence on the neighbourhood, the district, and the old houses that are demolished and fragmented into small apartments. Consequences are: overload of a building, a lot of throughput, overload of the neighbourhood. Ridiculous! High amounts for small lofts. Mislead buyers and local residents.
Their name was previously Gideon Woning Beheer B.V. and has been changed to Richter Vastgoed B.V..
