★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is geen klacht, maar het is meer een vervelend gevoel wat ik heb overgehouden na een gesprek met een assistente m.b.t. de aanvraag van een herhaalmedicatie. De informatie en de mededelingen waren correct, maar de "toon", waarom zo haastig, zo kortaf en zo afgemeten. Het is toch de toon die de muziek maakt.
It is not a complaint, but it is more of an unpleasant feeling that I had after a conversation with an assistant regarding the request for a repeat medication. The information and communications were correct, but the "tone", why so hasty, so curt and so measured. After all, it is the tone that makes the music.
