★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a sleezy car sales place and I encountered very friendly employees, who were very respectful. I wonder whether this is the best place if you want the absolute maximum value out of your car. However, if you - like I did - have an old car, which you want to sell at a reasonable price, this is a good place to go. They do a test drive, make picture of all things that are great and all things that are wrong and then send that to headquarters. There some people behind a computer use an algortihmic approach to find a reasonable price for them to buy the car. No emotion, simply a best estimate (with some margin probably).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was assisted by Murat(or Muraad). He was very friendly and respectful. I think this is the best place if you want the absolute maximum value out of your car. He offered coffee/team when you arrive to make you comfortable and explain the process. They do a test drive, make picture of all things that are great and explain all things that are wrong with the car and then send that to headquarters to get the new value. He was very transparent with it which gives confidence to the sellers. If you are happy with the new price, you sign few documents and that's it you are done. Quite pleased with Murat's/company's service.

At the office I was attended by Jimmy, who clearly explained all the steps of the procedure in a very friendly manner. I immediately received the official release of ownership, two business days later the money was transferred to my account. All in all very satisfactory.
