Goede service; Het was rustig in de winkel dus de bril werd ter plekke gemaakt en zo hebben we onze brillen nog voor de kerst. Al jaren klant en dat hopen we ook nog lang te blijven. Ik ging voor 3 jaar terug naar Wijnholds; kocht daar mijn bril voor €750,-. Nu laat de coatinglaag los en kan een korting krijgen van 25%. Ik vind een slechte service en ben erg teleurgesteld. Unfortunately I have a bad experience. I have been a customer of optiek Jos for 15 years, with success. I went back to Wijnholds for 3 years; bought my glasses there for € 750. Now the coating layer comes off and can get a discount of 25%. I find bad service and I am very disappointed.

Door het geduld, proberen, bijstellen, doorvragen, passen van brillen en lenzen ben ik nu geslaagd. Ze geven nooit op en het resultaat is dat ik weer geweldig kan zien met mijn ogen. Geen vermoeide ogen meer, geen hoofdpijn meer. Een heel tevreden klant! So happy with these professionals. My eyes are very difficult to focus due to an accident.
