★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf is staat nooit open voor discussie per telefoon zij geven enkel aan stuur maar een mailtje bij problemen of bel maar voor service naar een ander bedrijf. Vervolgens komen ze hier niet op terug. Marco is nooit bereid om het gesprek aan te gaan.
Bij mij hebben ze voor meer dan 20.000 Euro aan kunststof kozijnen geplaatst welke niet water dicht zijn en waarvan verschillende draaiende delen niet goed werken. Er zijn experts bij geweest welke aangeven dat het zeer onvakkundig geplaatst is waardoor het hang en sluitwerk niet werkt.
Kortom nooit zaken doen met dit bedrijf.
This company is never open to discussion by phone, they just indicate to send an email in case of problems or call for service to another company. Then they will not come back to this. Marco is never willing to start the conversation.
For me, they have installed plastic frames for more than 20,000 euros that are not water-tight and of which various rotating parts do not work properly. There have been experts who indicate that it has been placed very incorrectly, so that the hinges and locks do not work.
In short, never do business with this company.
