★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier werkt Paul Raven, wat mij betreft een voorbeeld werknemer. Altijd vriendelijk attent en kundig. Hielp mij deze week af van een 6 jarig probleem wat ik thuis had met een dubbele afvoer situatie. In 5 minuten een goede oplossing en hup weer verder. Ik ben zelf eigenaar van bedrijven en weet dus wat goed personeel doet. Paul is top en de producten van de Wildkamp ook. Top bedrijf, en een plezier om naar toe te gaan.
 Paul Raven works here, an example employee in my opinion. Always kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Released me this week from a 6 year problem I had at home with a double drain situation. A good solution in 5 minutes and off you go. I am the owner of companies myself, so I know what good personnel do. Paul is top and so are the Wildkamp products. Top company, and a pleasure to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blijkbaar mag je niet even rond kijken voor wat je nodig bent en daarna besluit naar andere winkel te gaan om het daar te halen omdat het daar goedkoper is. Dus loop je richting de uitgang komt een oudere medewerker naar ons toe om te vragen als hij ons kan helpen , mijn antwoord nee gaan naar andere winkel omdat daar goedkoper is. Zegt hij , oke draait zich om en zegt gelijk met jullie zakken vol zeker. Wordt je gelijk beschuldigd als dief . Zeer spijtig... daarna jassen om balie gegooit dat hij ze kon controleren maar wou die niet. Zeer onklantvriendelijk
Apparently you are not allowed to look around for what you need and then decide to go to another store to get it there because it is cheaper there. So you walk towards the exit an older employee comes to us to ask if he can help us, my answer is no go to another store because it is cheaper there. He says, okay turns around and says right away with your pockets full. You are immediately accused of being a thief. Very unfortunate ... then threw coats around the counter so that he could check them but did not want them. Very uncustomer friendly
