★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe in den vergangenen Wochen mehrmals bei Willing Hebetechnik versucht ein Angebot für einen Gabelstapler zu erhalten. Entweder war die Maschine bereits verkauft(Stand aber noch mehrere Tage auf verschiedenen Plattformen im Internet) oder ich bekam keinen Rückruf.
Einmal hatte ich ein Angebot bekommen. Dieses war absolut nicht nach den Anforderungen die ich einen Tag vorher einer Mitarbeiterin von Frau Willing durchgegeben habe.
Ich habe dann vergangenen Freitag mit Herrn Willing telefoniert. Dieser schien sehr inkompetent in Sachen Verkauf von Gabelstapler zu sein. Fast jede Frage wurde damit beantwortet "Muss ich meine Frau fragen."
Es sollte dann gestern ein Rückruf von Frau Willing erfolgen. Dieser kam wieder nicht. Ich habe dann gestern gegen 16 Uhr mal nachgefragt. Konnte aber nur mit der Buchhalterin sprechen. Diese versprach mir dann für heute einen Rückruf. Auch heute kam kein Anruf der Fa. Willing.
Die Fa. Willing erscheint mir als nicht nach guten alten Kaufmannstugenden arbeitendes Unternehmen zu sein.
Have in recent weeks several times at Willing lifting technology trying to get an offer for a forklift. Either the machine was already sold (but still several days on different platforms on the Internet) or I got no call back.
Once I got an offer. This was absolutely not according to the requirements I had a day before by a staff member of Mrs. Willing.
I telephoned Mr Willing last Friday. This one seemed very incompetent in selling forklift trucks. Almost every question was answered "Do I have to ask my wife."
There should be a call back from Mrs. Willing yesterday. This one did not come again. I then asked yesterday at 16 o'clock times. Could only talk to the accountant. This then promised me a call back today. Even today, no call came from the company Willing.
The company Willing seems to me to be not working for good old merchant virtues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch ich hatte Kontakt zu Kerstin Willing. Wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Als es allerdings darum ging eine Rechnung zu reklamieren, leider telefonisch nicht mehr erreichbar und Rückruf auch Fehlanzeige.
Der Servicemonteur vor Ort hat eine Fehldiagnose gestellt und mehr Zeit
aufgeschrieben als er benötigt hat, dieses wollte ich klären....leider Fehlanzeige....eigentlich schade, ich zahle nun die aus meiner Sicht nicht
gerechtfertigte Rechnung um die Sache für mich abhaken zu können, eine Empfehlung wirds von meiner Seite sicher nicht geben....

However, when it came to complaining about an invoice, it was unfortunately no longer reachable by phone and the callback also failed.
The on-site service technician made a misdiagnosis and more time
written down when he needed it, I wanted to clarify this .... unfortunately no report .... actually a shame, I don't pay it now in my view
justified invoice to be able to tick off the matter for me, a recommendation will certainly not be given on my part ....
