★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer vaste klant in de steek te laten. Bij de vraag eens te komen kijken naar mijn probleem werd me gevraagd foto's te sturen. Vervolgens hoort men niets meer. Als ik nog eens navraag wordt mijn bericht gelezen maar een reactie blijft uit. En ik ben beslist geen lastige klant.
Shame to let down regular customer. When asked to come and look at my problem, I was asked to send photos. Then nothing more is heard. If I inquire again, my message is read but there is no response. And I am certainly not a difficult customer.
