Maar gas wilde ik niet bij deze maatschappij afnemen. Daardoor ging ik wat zwerven langs verschillende energiebedrijven. Het is heel lastig om alleen gas af te nemen. Op een gegeven moment een contract afgesloten met gas en elektra bij een andere maatschappij met behoud van het winddeel, en nu zetten ze mijn winddeel in de verkoop. Ik maak toch zeker zelf uit waar ik m’n energie vandaan haal met behoud van m’n zelf betaalde winddeel… Worthless tent. I only concluded a contract with these guys because I wanted to invest sustainably. But I didn't want to buy gas from this company. As a result, I wandered around several energy companies. It is very difficult to take gas alone. A	Arlette & Toine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probeer al een half jaar mijn winddelen te verkopen ivm verhuizing, heb me netjes aangemeld, mails gestuurd maar je hoort niets meer van de Windcentrale, behalve dan dat ik inmiddels 3 behandelngsnrs heb. Telefonisch zijn ze onbereikbaar, je krijgt alleen een irritant muziekje te horen en de mededeling dat ze niet bereikbaar zijn. Net nog 8,5 minuut in de wacht gehangen. Spijt dat ik hier ooit aan begonnen ben ! I've been trying to sell my wind parts for half a year due to relocation, I registered neatly, sent emails, but you haven't heard anything from the Windcentrale, except that I now have 3 treatment numbers. They are unreachable by phone, you only get to hear annoying music and the message that they are not available. Just put on hold for 8.5 minutes. Sorry I ever started this!

Keer op keer werd het verkoopmoment uitgesteld, 'omdat er samen met Green Choice een nieuw systeem werd opgezet'. Inmiddels is er een marktsysteem ingevoerd waar je ook niets wijzer van wordt. Op de website staat echter nog steeds dezelfde misleidende oude informatie. Ik ga ze met alle mogelijke middelen aanpakken. I've been trying to get rid of my Winddeel for a year now. Time and again the moment of sale was postponed, 'because a new system was set up together with Green Choice'. A market system has now been introduced that will not make you any wiser. However, the website still has the same misleading old information. I'm going to tackle them by any means necessary.

Daarmee zit je ook vast aan Greenchoice omdat je anders wel betaalt aan onderhoud van de molen maar niet deelt in de opbrengst. Ten slotte reageert hun klantenservice héél traag en bijzonder weinig behulpzaam. Een afrader dus Once bought, the wind parts turn out to be unsaleable, so you can't get rid of them. This also means you are committed to Greenchoice, because otherwise you pay for the maintenance of the mill, but you do not share in the proceeds. Finally, their customer service is very slow and very unhelpful. So a recommendation

Het is een leuk concept, maar in al die jaren dat ik eigenaar ben, heeft slechts één jaar de prognoses gehaald van mijn molen de “ Grote Geert”. De opbrengst van 2021 was na aftrek van exploitatiebijdrage en belastingen, slechts vijf(!) tientjes. Ik stap deze zomer over op zonnepanelen! Since 2013 I am co-owner of a windmill with 7 participations. It's a nice concept, but in all the years that I have owned it, only one year has met the forecasts of my mill the “Grote Geert”. The 2021 proceeds, after deduction of operating contribution and taxes, were only five(!) tens. I'm switching to solar panels this summer!

Responsetijden op storingen zijn lang en informatievoorziening traag, algemeen en ineens voor alle soorten molens gelijk (dus je hoort over molens waar je geen eigenaar van bent), klantenservice is langzaam en weinig behulpzaam. Gelukkig sinds kort een tool om je winddelen te verkopen. En die doet het (na opstartproblemen) ook. Maar de afwikkeling is dan weer zeer matig (en ook administratief onjuist). Ik heb mijn laatste winddelen nu verkocht. Hoewel het concept mooi is, is het eens en nooit meer. En dat is jammer en totaal onnodig voor zo'n leuk concept. I have owned a number of wind parts since 2014. What a cool concept! Something has changed at the Windcentrale in the last two years. Response times to failures are long and information provision slow, general and suddenly the same for all types of mills (so you hear about mills that you do not own), customer service is slow and unhelpful. Fortunately, recently a tool to sell your wind parts. And it works (after startup problems) too. But the settlement is very poor (and also administratively incorrect). I have now sold my last wind parts. While the concept is beautiful, it is once and never again. And that's a shame and totally unnecessary for such a nice concept.
