I ordered 6 january and until 13 january ,I didnt get my order or email or a transportation adress where I can check my shipment stiuation,when I called them I had feeling they didnt know what that I paid and ordered....Not a good online shop to order,,If u dont follow what u ordered maybe they wont send it...its 2 weeks later than my payment still nothing..I called 2 times,sorry we are busy u will receive your order in 2 days!!!Still waiting or scam company or tbey dont are about customer,All chats with them and phone calls I saved for to prove about their way of business...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for first time, timing belt came in box, opened with parts knocking around. Not impressed but decided to order again. This time my order wasn't dispatched on time, and was not informed of reason for delay. Assured it would dispatch next day but still hasn't been. Will not order again. Very dissapointed as I had swapped from my usual supplier to give these a try. Prices to good to be true it seems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Will not answer Emails. Chat and phone support have bad English. And have no clue about: stock, parts, status or any other questions regarding to that website. Rather will disconnect when you ask for transfer to more competitive operator. Don't ship on time.They not based in Ireland. I hope financial regulatory will shoot down the website like they did with dreammatress.ie And look like they using fake good comments here as I ordered 6 different parts in matter of 3 days and 1 after two weeks. It's nearly 3 weeks past first order and I only managed to cancel two of the freshest one's. But still didn't got refund. SIMPLE SCAM WEBSITE.

I noticed that the delivery to Ireland from their office in Netherlands said 3 days, so I figured I'd test this.
After numerous online chats daily and delayed parts that I wasn't told about until I enquired.
I also dealt with an employee who lied about my shipping date and never apologised, it now looks like their "3 day delivery" has actually turned into "14 day delivery".
Terrible service overall. You need to sort out these issues like other customers have mentioned, before your deemed a scam website and nobody will order anything.
I will update the parts quality if/when the items arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forgot to attach discount to my order. They've added it afterwards after writing a single mail. I was ordering just premium wipers. They arrived fast. They delivered exactly what I ordered. No problems whatsoever. Seems that if you do not have really a bad luck then everything is running smooth and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed 2 separate orders and both of them now delayed due to incompetence !!! this is a result of not keeping track of inventory website says items are in stock I was able to add to basket and pay for it all only to be told days later that items are out of stock and both orders are on hold...so Why did you allow me to male a payment in the first place? makes no sense very unprofessional
Customer service team takes days to reply, orders were placed over 2 weeks ago and still not dispatched. It's a shame because the website it self is great 5/5 and has amazing variety or parts and brands, the way they run it Not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a tow hitch for my van. Received 4 wrong tow hitches that didn’t fit. They are incapable of delivering the right product. Truest incompetent people.
After 3 months of waiting, emailing and trouble, they could not provide a fitting product and we’re unwilling to offer any type of solution or compensation.
Don’t buy from these people.
