★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn vibram zolen van mijn hanwag bergschoenen waren bij twee paar kapot.
Het ene paar was de zool van los de ander compleet versleten.
Na drie andere schoenmakers bezocht te hebben die er geen van allen heil in zochten kreeg ik de tip om naar Wijsman te gaan.
Eerst 1 paar gebracht, met de losse zool. En daarna de ander met losse zool, kapot stiksels en versleten veter ogen.
Dese vakman is niet snel en goedkoop, maar doet wel wat hij moet doen. Schoenen als nieuw maken. Liever een wat duurdere reparatie dan schoenen weg gooien en duurder uit zijn met nieuwe.
 My vibram soles of my hanwag mountain boots were broken on two pairs.
One pair had the sole of the other completely worn out.
After visiting three other shoemakers, none of whom were looking for salvation, I got the tip to go to Wijsman.
Brought 1 pair first, with the loose sole. And then the other with a loose sole, broken stitching and worn eyelets.
This craftsman is not fast and cheap, but does what he has to do. Make shoes like new. Rather a somewhat more expensive repair than throwing away shoes and spending more with new ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know if he's any good. Took my boots in on 2 December 2016. I saw that he takes a long time and was prepared to wait. But it's now 22 February 2017. Heard nothing. Telephone is never answered, e-mails aren't answered either (tried 4 times). Only works half days and not Saturdays so have to try and find time to collect boots, presumably not repaired (if he still has them...).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a quick message to highly recommend this very talented craftman. I sent him 3 RW Shoes pairs in a terrible shape, and just received them back after only 10 days.
They just look brand new!!!!!
But there is more, during these 10 days, i have received almost daily news, pictures and even videos of the work in progress!!!
That’s what i call dedication and a true customer service!
Mister Ger Wijsman is a man that you can trust and, nowadays, it’s just priceless!!!
